8-passenger minivan rental

Have 8 people in a group and in 07 rented 8-passenger toyota sienna from alamo. They claim they don't have them anymore. Would prefer this to two cars or a huge ford econoline van. Any place else have them?

Last summer I booked a reservation for an 8pax van through Alamo, but shortly afterward, they removed this option from the website and only listed the 7pax van. However, when we rented, we found the 8pax aisle was indeed gone, but the 7pax aisle had Siennas mixed in with the Caravans and other brands. I didn't rent a car when I went in March, so I don't know if that's still the case, but I'll be there in 37 days and can check if that's helpful.

We needed an 8 Pass minivan in Nov. I noticed that level was gone on their website, but I knew from past experience that they often had 8 pass Sienna's in the 7 pass section. Decided to risk it and all cram into a 7 pass if necessary. There were several 8 pass vans available when we went to pick our van. Might be a hassle, but you could make an extra reservation for 2 cars (one that didn't require a credit card deposit) just in case an 8 pass van wasn't available.

We have 8 people going in July and we decided to rent 2 smaller vehicles. It was actually cheaper, and we figure it will give us more options if we want to go different places.
