You can guess what - the toilet had not been flushed and I am not just talking about a little peepee. When I complained I also got blank stares from an AS manager. Luckily we were only there one night and then on to AKL Conci. Another time we were kept up by CMs each night riding about in the golf carts and parking and talking outside our door. Finally after the third night and almost my 6th complaint (no it did not stop), we were given some vouchers for breakfast at check-out!

Kind words are appreciated. I am composing an email to wdw.guestcommunications@disneyworld.com and will let you all know my final outcome. A friend of mine said to me yesterday that the reason people stay onsite at a premium is the "extra special way you are treated" at Disney - my exp with management was a bubble burster - doesnt matter if it was 9 days or 9 minutes - my stay warrented a little more respect and or sympathy from the management.

I wasn't impressed with cleanliness at PO-R last year and won't stay there again.

I don't know who told you "Hey relax - the people here are family". They were nuts. Things happen everywhere. Simple precautions make sense everywhere.
