4 rides on Grizzly River Rapids
6 rides on Maliboomer
1 ride on Soarin' Over California
3 rides on California Screamin'
5 rides on the Orange Stinger
1 ride on Jumpin Jellyfish
75 Mickeys on display
1 showing of Aladdin
25 minutes at the Redwood Creek Challenge Area
2 celebrity sightings
30 minutes in the Animation Building
A stop in every shop at DCA/and a few in Downtown Disney
Lunch at Whitewater Snacks
Dinner at ESPN Zone

and...3 pairs of very tired feet.

Any questions about DCA - ask away.

Who was the third pair of feet?

Who got the wettest at Grizzly River Run?

Which one was your favorite Mickey?

Did you get any pictures that will be "useful" to you in the future?

So was DCA a thumbs up at the end of the day?

Wow, that's a busy day. We love DCA. What day were you there? I'm thinking of going this weekend to see the Mickey's. I think it may be our only free weened while they're here.

What celebrities did you see? And please, give me some details about Maliboomer. It looks like a ride that I'm chicken to try - but yet - I'm curious. :sunny:

The celebrities I recognized were Selma Blair and Tiffani Amber Thiessen. My DD and her friend rode California Screamin' with them. There was talk from the CMs working the ride that there was a male celebrity in their group of about 12. My DD said Brandon. After riding California Screamin' we made our way to Maliboomer. DD's friend was riding solo and ended up on the same group as Tifanni's boyfriend/husband. I talked to her for a minute - she is very nice and quite tiny.

DD and her friend were the wettest on GRR. I only rode one time and was quite soaked so chose to sit out the other rapids.

My favorite Mickey was the one designed by Kelly Ripa. It depicted NYC and the skyline. I thought it was the most unique.

No pictures MaryJo. I didn't take my camera. But our mutual friend did take some.

Overall it was a great day at DCA. I couldn't get the kids to hop to Disneyland so we spent the entire day at DCA. My DD prefers this park so I can only get my Disneyland fix if I go alone or bribe her.

I visited on Sunday, January 23rd.

Details about Maliboomer. For WDW veterans, imagine the launch in RNR. Instead of being launched straight ahead, you are launched straight up. And you can see for miles as you go up about 200 feet.
