8:20am Akershus... Ride Frozen Before or After?

With an 8:20am Akershus reservation, I believe we can get into Epcot by 7:50am or so? Would there be time for us to hurry to Frozen Ever After and be ready for our breakfast reservation?

I'm thinking we could stop in at the check-in desk and ask them if we can eat breakfast right away or if they aren't ready for us ask if they will hold our reservation if we ride Frozen and aren't quite back by 8:20. Is this doable or will we cause problems?

What time does the park open on the day of your ADR? If the park opens at 9 AM then the ride won't open until 9 AM either.

As PP said if the park opens at 9am you won't have a choice in when you ride.

The ride opens with the park where as the rest of WS opens at 11am.

We always like to schedule Akerhaus or any other character meal for breakfast time in that 9:30am to 10am area, rope drop go on Frozen and not have to rush thru breakfast/expensive meal.

We did shifts the last time - we had an 8:30am and went at 8am. They were able to seat us at 8:10am and half the party left at 10 to 9 to get in line while we took care of the bill and then we stepped out at 9:15am (15 minute wait then). First group was already done and back to us by the time we got out of Akershus.

You're right in that it opens before World Showcase. It opens when the park does.

Get there at 8 even if your reservation is 8:20. The tables are almost never full that early so they will usually seat you quickly.

Should be fine. Ask the server to bring the check at the start of the meal; that way you don't have to wait around for the check at the end when you want to get out the door and get to the front of the line.

Remember, the rope droppers will typically be let in the gates a little early, and will start arriving at Frozen around 8:50/8:55. We made that mistake on our first PPO breakfast and walked out at 9am thinking that the rope droppers would not have had time to get there yet with a 9am open, but you really do need to be in line at 8:50 to beat the crowd.
