I probably shouldn't say 'blow up' and 'airplane' in the same sentence. For the same reason I don't travel with my friend Jackson anymore -- afraid to say "Hi, Jack" in the terminal when I meet him.

Actually, I never "just read" as whenever I see something I wanna respond to I run off to dredge up an image to go with what I have in mind... and maybe 1/3rd the time I cannot find a suitable image - then I often will not post a response without an image. SO... I'm usually behind... with the exception of a few pages before and after my postings. THAT is where I try to get caught up.

Call the doctor tomorrow and tell him / her about the coughing ask if you can have cough medicine with liquid codiene in it.

Every once in awhile I get that cold where the cough is just awful and this cough medicine will let you sleep all night long. It tastes really bad but it works.

Sleeping on extra pillows helps me get some rest. With allergies going on lately I have had to do this because I wake up choking.

This year for an unknown reason I've been hit hard with allergy symptoms. I even went to see a doctor last week about my "issues". She perscribed some kind of perscription strength flonase formula... and it seems to help some. Had to tell though.

Yes, I was on beautifulfabric.com today and did find some nice faux embroidered silk. I'm so glad you know what I'm talking about. I also went to granndgarb.com and picked up some 18th century girls dress patterns that match her gown exactly. I hope people don't think I'm a freak but It's a hobby.

It was so much easier to pick up a nice gown on sale at Target when the Halloween costumes came out. DD will be wearing her young Elizabeth gown again.

I have fell asleep sitting up before but it doesn't last long. Before going on airplane now I always take airborne. I didn't get sick but Brooke came home with a cold. I gave her airborne also so go figure.

Lisa, I know what your going thru. This winter we finally got the girls sleeping in their own beds. What we did which would be hard in your case was we had the older DD 11 put the younger DD 8 to sleep, they ended up sleeping in the same bed (full size), but thats fine. For the first time in 11 years we have enjoyed sleeping like "normal" people.

The sad thing is that we finally enjoyed sleep for 6 months before she started having a thing about monsters being in her room. DS has dementors in his. Some nights it is just easier to let her stay in the bed so that she doesn't wake me up running into our room & climbing up to the pillow. If she doesn't come in with us...she wakes up DS. He has a double bed but she likes to have someone to talk to until she falls asleep. OY!
