Go with some really thick theatrical makeup that covers your face like spackle -- very attractive.

I'll have to work on this, I have fair skin, and it takes many weeks for me to tan. I can only expose myself for short peroids.

I'm thinking you could get a pretty good tan in the next 17 months. Maybe some sunscreen would be in order.

DW is going to try getting a base tan by going to a salon a few times a week before we leave. Of course, I'm going to have the SPF 70 sunblock handy for both her and DSil since we'll be down in Panama...

That is the brand I use also.....but what is this QVC discount you speak of? I always purchase mine from Sephora at our mall....

QVC will often have a special ensamble of BE items as their Today's Special Value. When they do, DW says the deals are outstanding. Their regular prices are pretty good too. BE store She also got an additional employee discount because she used to work there but now uses a friend's code
