I have hardly had time to "lurk" much less post! I checked the summaries and skimmed a bit. Some of the posts were multi tissues - some from tears and others from hilarity. And, of course, a lot just a bunch of FUN!
I must say you are all the most amazing group of people I've ever had the honor/pleasure to "know" - the sense of community - both with laughter, generousity, and caring is awesome. We are so diverse - from all over the U.S & abroad - all ages, backgrounds, et al yet what a connnection. Must be all the Pixie Dust!!
I am so looking forward to joining in this "community" more frequently - you are just so much fun!
BTW - we have had our lovely new(rescued) dog Annie one week today - I hope I did this right it's my first attempt at adding a picture!!

Next time just scroll at the top of the box you're typing in- until you see the little picture (it looks like a mountain with a sun maybe in the upper right corner?) -when you scroll over it, it will say "insert image"- click that next time and then put that url for the picture in the box that pops up. That will add the picture instead of the link. Hope that helps!

Enna you're so sweet! Actually, my friend has diverticulitis. She was having a severe attack a week ago Sunday........well fast forward to last Tues. she got some bad meds and went into a coma Thank Goodness she came out of the coma but now has pneumonia. She has two young kids. I'd appreciate any prayers you guys might say for her and for her family. Thank you!

OMG...I GOT TAGGED!!!

I like yer new tag... it's charming...

My spouse got transferred to a direct flight and will be landing earlier tonight... thus scrambling my plans a little... but the upside is she lands at 9:35 instead of 10:45.... I got maybe 15 minutes before we all leave for the airport. I'm going early so I can buy some take out food for dinner... she expressed she had not had a good meal before she got to the airport in HNL. So one of her favorite dining places (with suitable take out) is along the way to the airport... thus I'm allocating another 40 minutes to get to the airport and get food...

We rescued our Samoyed through Save Our Samoyeds... SOS .... a rescue group here in SoCal.

In the process of googling this... I see the organization has renamed itself to Samoyed Rescue of Southern California.
