8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC Part 7

I am not a happy camper right now. We have put Pergo type flooring in two rooms and I have done it myself since it is so easy with the lock and groove. We bought more for our bedroom and I just looked at it. Apparently it is more like (or IS0 hardwood and although it has a groove, it still has to be glued! I DON"T WANT TO GLUE!!!

I was expecting to be able to finish at least half the floor today, but looks like it is going to take a lot longer now... we can't even start for a few days because it has been sitting in the garage and needs to come to room temp first.

Sorry. Just had to gripe...

I bet that it is going to look great when you finish it!

I hope they do for you but we can't even think of getting a Mickey Fix before the cruise. We're budgeting FOR the cruise.
You could adopt me and take me with you though. I swear I woudn't eat much. Wait- free dining plan would help then huh? LOL

Yeah- Even though we are on opposite sides of the Red River - we gotta stick together. Where exactly is Spencer? Closer to OKC or Tulsa? I was in Tulsa over the weekend. My Sister is a Dr. there. They told me to be glad I was not there a few days earlier or I would have been frozen!

I dunno...ever since they changed the formula, Nyquil doesn't *do it* for me any more. I've become a fan of the new Tylenol Cold line lately.

Isn't that stuff the best! Really helps me sleep.

Nothing announced yet....speculation is it won't come out until about April...at least that's when it was announced last year....I'm hoping for it too...we'll be spending a few days there after the Med Repo....I'd hate to go from DCL food, to budget WDW...

Yes, to get the code attached on the tag. But if you get the mini- ones... it's only like $7.50 for a year and I really like my kids to play on webkinz. They can't get popups or other ads there to click on (like some other website I will not name for fear of offending anyone), they can't contact other children EXCEPT by clicking on premade sentences so they can't give out personal info, etc. and some of the games are educational- especially the areas where they get the most points by answering questions. A small price to pay for a safe online enviroment like that... IMO>

(and you can give the stuffed animal to someone if you don't have a kid that is clammering for one)
