I just got them for the kids to use for their pins. I figure that if they are on the ship for 2 weeks, they will need a few more to trade. They usually fill up a lanyard so this will be an extra one for them.

I picked up the POTC ones at Target also, but I don't think DH or I will hear them. Mine just keeps getting in the way.

Nothing announced yet....speculation is it won't come out until about April...at least that's when it was announced last year....I'm hoping for it too...we'll be spending a few days there after the Med Repo....I'd hate to go from DCL food, to budget WDW...

Hi all--

I'm a long-time lurker on the boards and probably won't post much but did want to say hello. It will be me, my DH, and my DS on this cruise. This thread is a bit much to keep up with but I will do my best to keep an eye on it.

May be we need a separate thread for important info, planning, etc?

I know it is heresy to say it here, but don't worry if you can't "ketchup," just jump in whenever you can and enjoy the ride. As others have posted, all the important info already compiled is on the first post, and Lisa is working to get a website for us that will have lots and lots of info for planning. And if you have any questions, just ask -- with all the people on this thread, you will probably get three answers within a minute or two!

7) What's your favorite COLD beverage?

Here are MY responses....

1) How many pairs of shoes do you have? I must have at least a dozen...

2) How many purses/handbags for the ladies and wallets/briefcases for the men? I have 2 wallets (one new as my next replacement) and about 7 different briefcases of which I only use 3... one for traveling with computer, one for projector (not used all that often - but it sees use), one for throw around light applications.


3) How often do you really exercise every week Like so many others - my exercise routine is laughable... I need to do a lot more real exercising

4) Whats' you favorite breakfast? After browsing so many other replies... my best answer would be a nice buffett... however, if I had to be narrow about it... I'd say scrambled eggs, pan fried potatoes and sourdough toast from a restuarnt called the Pantry in downtown LA... or German Pancakes from IHOP

5) Whats' your all time favorite snack? chocolate covered sugar wafer sticks with the cookie crumb sprinkles outside by Keeblers'

6) Any hobbies... then what is your favorite one? At this time it's Digital photography. I'm not an artistic expert ... yet ... but I'm tryin' sometimes!

7) What's your favorite COLD beverage? Any strawberry milkshake ... or most of the Jamba Juice concoctions!
