8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC Part 6

My brother in law recently found out he had colon cancer. He is only 51. Well, today he found out that the cancer is contained - he is stage 1! Thank God it hasn't spread! We are unsure what is treatment is going to be but his prognosis looks good. Please feel free to send some prayers and pixie dust our way .

Before his diagnosis I was able to get him and about 13 other family members together for a cruise planned for this upcoming August. We are doing the 4 day and this is his and a few others first cruise. It is going to be all the more meaningful now!

I was on the phone with my mom, finding out how my brother Peter's hernia surgery went today, at the time the race was going on and I was telling her that Mary Rose would be on the 2008 August Repo Cruise, and my mom say to say HI to Mary Rose(aka MR), since she remembered MR from our August 2006 cruise.

PS I won't mention your DH's cat hobby when I meet him. He should be proud of the fact that he helps homeless cats though! It's an awesome hobby!

Sure, you click the button NEXT to (on the right) the quote button at the bottom right of the post you want to add to your "multiple quotes".
Then once your ready to post- you just click reply post like normal and all the multiple quotes will show up. You just reply in between them, or whatever.

The comment comes from Judy who was seeing the same posts speculating on the price of this cruise weeks before it was released. It reminded her of the movie Groundhog day. Now any post that has a repeating theme is considered a groundhog. At least I think so anyway.

We have been keeping this theme since then too.

How could you eat roast beef when you have lobster rolls there? I use to LOVE getting them whenever we went to Maine.

We go to Brown's in Seabrook, NH to get Lobstah! You eat at picnic tables (called eating in the rough), they have the best steamed lobster with melted butter & you can bring your own booze which is the best part. Of course if you really want a lobster roll...they have that too! Come visit Lisa & I'll take you there! In fact it would be a great place for a DIS meet! Anybody???
