Hmmmm, I am Captain of a ship ...Yes to the first. Yes to the second, but only insofar as we keep to the shallows as much as possible But Technically, I was only captain for two years, then I was viciously mutinied upon.

pirate:

You won't be able to talk yourself out of this one.

Pirate shopping report. The reason that I am so insanely behind in reading posts is due to trips to WM & Tarjay this afternoon with DD. WM was CRAZY!!! We needed milk & OJ though & I decided to stock up on some of the basics for the next month so that I don't need to do that again for a while. A mounding cart & over an hour later we were checking out. Next was TJ. I haven't been there for a week so made the rounds. The earrings that I have been keeping an eye on for the past 3 weeks were down to 75%...just there waiting for me. :) Formal night dahling! Beautiful crystal dangly things. :) Girls had the Vday stuff 75%...and though I know that it will probably go to 90% tomorrow...I just don't want to mess with it. So...I picked up a ton of t-****s for DD. One of them has a monkey on it!!! She will proudly wear it on the cruise. ;) Some scooters to go with them & we were done in that department. Back to the holiday stuff & we pickedd up a few more things that were marked down...Princess vday cards and a t-**** for me too. DS is happy as well because I found a Marvel comic at 50% for him with Xmen...and is reading it right now. The last thing that DD found proves that she is a bargain hunter at heart like her mama. We were in the toy department & she saw a puppy in the stuffed animals. It had a heart tag on it so she said LOOK IT'S ON SALE! She ran off to the scanner & reported that it was 1 . 2 4 and said sale. ;)

Everything is scanned, put away, & dinner is cleaned up so now I can try to catch up here.
:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2: You go, girls!!

I think after your onboard charges reach something like $400 or $500 they will put a charge on the card you have on file with them. That's after your onboard credits have been used up first.

I did not know that. I knew that WDW did something similar, though.

Thanks for pointing it out. I probably shouldn't tell the CC Company to expect ONE charge for onboard expenses. :)

We are Nascaring here today too. now that Mark Martin and Rusty Wallace are retired need to find a New driver. like Kenny Wallace but he did not make it. ds's like JR. and Kasey Kahne boogity! boogity! boogity!

Wasn't that too exciting that Mark Martin might actually win the D500?!?!?!? I felt badly that he didn't. What a decent guy! I don't get if he is retired or not yet. He has been saying that for the past two years but didn't want to leave his team without a driver. Hopefully now he will really be able to retire & help his son's team out.

Martin left Roush Racing at the end of last season to join a new team. He is helping groom rookie Regan Smith for Nextel Cup racing. He is only running a part-time schedule this year.

Unfortunately, he is now driving a Chevy.

you know if we get Brack on the ship. Mr Gibbs can officiate for real ;)

(We can maybe reserve deck 7 for all those interested)

ok didn't mean to volunteer you Brack...just listing options...

That is true! :thumbsup2 If Shelley's TA isn't able to work it out to get them listed in their cat 11...maybe he could arrange to officiate for bed space. :lmao:

and then comes the announcement: "Will all passengers not currently on Deck 7 Aft please come to the Walt Disney Theatre? "

The Walt Disney Theatre is where we will be holding DIS Pirates Stand Up Night. Our Capt is the MC!

Had to love that meltdown on dessert night. ;)

Hey!!! They didn't put a car in the Mack truck box!!!! :sad2: I still can't believe that DH let her buy that toy after I had said no...partly because of that fact. Also because it is $7 less at Target. Now that I got her cars at 50% oat DD.com, she plays with that as much as her Cindy castle. I just commented about that a little while ago. :goodvibes

As always it has been fun!

Have a great night everyone!

Disney wishes and cruising dreams.....

When we were on out first cruise in 2003 I used my CC for two cabins. My CC was charged several times during that 7 day cruise, we didn't have any onboard credits and I didn't know you could put stateroom credits on your account before the cruise. I did call my CC company to let them know there would be hefty charges made, boy I didn't know how hefty until the final bill was printed. I was cruising with Hazel, Angelina, my mom, my sister and my niece. A lot more spending was done on the ship than I thought was going to happen. :scared: :faint:
