Oops....it's only the brochure, I thought it included the DVD, but it didn't. Dang, that's what I get for not really paying attention. I was so excited just to get the package from my TA.

So, the kids' school is closed again tomorrow and they are off on Monday.

Just called one of my friends and she suggested that we pack the kids into the van and drive to WDW.

How does a dog make snow angels?

It's the funniest thing....He rolls onto his back and shimmies back and forth with all four legs outstretched. He looks just like he's trying to make a snow angel.

You all will love the book. My DS10 Drew brought the book to the beach one weekend and after everybody was asleep I started reading it and read until the end........just a sucker for a romp through MK alone in the park with only the characters.

well, since some of you others have posted what your spouses do, i'll post what mine does too. of course, i skimmed thru some posts earlier, and i think we may get some slack for it! LOL!! my dh works for

oh dear...i'll either have good comments, or very bad!! the funny thing is...yes, he works for pepsi, but we drink whatever! coke is still ok with us! especially if it's on sale!

Yes. It was wonderful. We were fortunate that we were in a large suite so there was plenty of room for all the stuff -- this time we could only get a Cat 4 so......I guess we'll be shoving stuff everywhere! There are 5 of us and for 15nts..... That's ALOT of needed things!

I told Jon that this time we were also sending rum, twqulia & anything else he wanted ahead. Otherwise after 15nts that will be quite some bill! Of course this time our 2 adult children won't be with us...... That should cut the stateroom bill down to the mid to lower 4 figures!!!!

DS came in crying a little while ago. He has a big bruise/burn on his head that is turning into a goose egg along with some scrapes on his hands. They were playing soccer & two of them ran into each other. He ended up falling head first onto the pavement. I guess that it is roadburn then. He is sleepy and his pupils aren't dialating unless I shine a flashlight right at them. He didn't say much for almost 20 minutes but now he wants to play his GBA. I guess if he can see that well enough to play, he is ok. OY! If it's not one thing it is another. I had to pull up WebMD to see if I should take him to the clinic or not. I already warned him that I am going to be waking him up a lot tonight.

My niece and her husband own a landscaping business in K-Zoo. My sister also lives there when she isn't working in Detroit. Her DH stays in K-Zoo to look after their Alpaca farm.

We visit there a lot. Nice area.

I have a cousin who lives in K-Zoo! Or is it Portage now? Anyway, he's a prof at Western Michigan.

Lisa I am so sorry! This is all you need. It is so stressful when kids get hurt. I have done the flashlight routine with my kids too! I realize it's after 5 p.m. there, but the doctor's answering service should still pick up. I know our pediatricians regularly return calls after hours. Sometimes it makes me feel better just to talk to the doctor. Take care!

I have made a decision!

I can not read every post on this thread and keep up. There are too many and I only have a limited amount of time to DIS each day. (I know heresy but ....)

Therefore ..... I will read the summary that is provided each week and when I get to read (hopefully at least 5 days a week) I'll go back 100 or so posts to catch up that far. If something really important comes up maybe someone can PM me. (banana stuff and such)

This is a great thread but it is wild. When we get on the ship I'll catch up with everyone.
