Speaking of Dogs, that's my Rosee in my Avatar ... We lost her to Cancer in September. We still have her Uncle, Budde, who is adjusting but is still very clingy!

hugs for Budde to - I have read so many stories about animals grieving - DD's teacher actually told them the other day that animals don't have feelings - can you imagine?

I've breaking ice (not snow) out to my car so I can hit the road tomorrow

My car is stuck in it's spot thanks to the *&%^$#&* city who didn't plow our street and now it's solid 6" thick ice and DH couldn't even move it over to the driveway....

They are sooooo lucky i can't drive till next week....

Probably another lab'n'somethin'. I'm all about the free puppies from a rescue place.

Cuya was a black lab-springer spaniel. Her mom (springer) & dad (lab) both had papers (OOPS!)

pups from rescue around here aren't free....

They ususally still want a couple hundred....

I know of one lab rescue group down in VA if you are waiting till you get here...

Here are my occupations...

My full time job is an administrative assistant for the development director of another division of the same non-profit organization as Brack.

I am also a part-time travel agent specializing in Disney vacations.... (Big surprise, I know.)

Finally, I also work part-time as a wedding coordinator/director for a local Congregational Church.

crazy question...i haven't been able to follow this thread too closely..i really tried, but there is just no way!! so my question is: what is everyone here's occupation?? i'm sure it was asked thousand and thousands of posts back, but i'm outta the loop!
i do in home child daycare...and right now..kids are taking a very late nap do to play time outside earlier!!!

I'm a teacher (my son thinks I'm a walking ATM ). It's just the two of us in our family and we don't have any pets.

I have just added this information to the front page but wanted to post it as well. Pam and Laura have volunteered to organize a Secret Mickey for the cruise. There is lots of time to sign up but I wanted to let you guys know about this.

Is Secret Mickey the same as Secret Santa?
