Honestly I'm wondering HOW we would possibly know if our TA's quote included the OBD when they did the transfer for us? I mean with the prices changing so quickly that day and having NO IDEA exactly when the TA was able to get thru to transfer our dates to this cruise, there is no possible way to know what the amount would be without the OBD or with it. So we just have to take their word for it that they did get us the OBD, I guess.

In my experiences with TAs and DCL, the two don't mix. IMHO DCL tends to get snippy about talking to you, the guest, when it comes to anything that was touched by a TA. It's like somehow you're tainted.

Bibbidy: You can always try the CC number again and hope to get the same sweet CM that helped you earlier?
