Jeezy Pete, does this place ever slow down?
I'll chip in - I actually was thinking of doing the wine package for dinner but DH doesn't drink it so if anyone else is interested in splitting one...
We'll probably be bringing much of our own. Brought a case for our 7-day WB Cruise (became EB - thanks Ernesto) in Aug'06 and drank it all down with the help of my parents and brother. Since we're "local" to this one - bringing our own will be easier this time.
It could be worse - I'm the daughter-in-law of a Deacon! An Episcopalian daugter-in-law of a Deacon at that.
DH only has one brother
It does get worse. I'm the preacher's daughter! Which basically means I can cuss like a sailor - got a reputation to live down after all...
T-Shirt and Pirate shirt source:
In my skimming it looked like folks were looking for a source for t-shirts and pirate shirts. I do a lot of wearable fabric art and get my "blanks" at Dharma Trading Co - excellent quality, and really cheap. Nice folks too. See them at
www.dharmatrading.com.
Special Thanks to Andy:
Andy, I know you don't remember, but you sent pay it forward post cards to our boys last July for our August cruise. Issac was celebrating his 5th birthday on board. "His Pal Mickey" sent him a card saying how great it was going to be to see him. We spent a few days in the parks before the cruise and he was very keyed on Mickey. "There's my pal Mickey!" "There's Mickey, he's my pal!" We had the character breakfast right off when the Magic sailed. He insisted on staying until Micky came by - we were off in a corner and were at the very, very end. They're clearing the tables by us - and we're waiting. Mickey finally makes it. Issac stands on a chair. Gives him a big hug. And says "Thank you for sending me my card. I'm glad we're here together too." Hopped off the chair and left.
Do not under estimate the impact your postcards can have. Many, many, thanks.
Anyone else keeping it a secret?
We're keeping this cruise a secret from the boys. Just tonight at the dinner table they were practicing their Disney Magic horn blow. We've been listening to it for months. There is no way we'e going to get them wound up for this cruise nearly 20 months beforehand. Especially since we're hitting the world for 10 days this August.
so, very unfortuantely that means I can't add the
totally awesome logo to my signature or add a ticker.

They like to read over my shoulder when I'm on the boards and would totally notice it.
Besides, it'll be kind of fun to just show up at the Magic and "see if they'll let us on board". They'll be coming out of their skins!
That's it for tonight. I'm just hoping I can keep with with this thread! Heck, I've got a whole other 10-day WDW vacation to plan too! We hit the 180 ADR window in 17 days!!
