ROFL! My DS has been a flirt since the day he was born with his long eyelashes & brown eyes. He has had a string of girls after him...some at the same time. :lmao: There is one girl who he keeps saying he is going to marry though. They have been in school together since the 2 year PS class. They have gone on 2 dates to the school dance...with both her dad and myself there with them. The other day he told me that he has had a girl friend each year at his school. He hopes that this one is in his class next year, then all of them for 4th & 5th grade. I asked what he would do with all the girls he knows in the same class with him & he just smiled and said that he would just let them chase after him. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Of course somehow he is able to seperate them if they don't live here, like our friend's DD who we have cruised with the past three years. He is going to marry her too. Not sure how he is going to maintain two households right now but I guess at 8 I can let him dream. ;)

My not so little guy too - there is something about those long lashes and brown eyes. When he was little he was going to marry me but that changed - now he's just going to have a wife and lots of kids. When he was a toddler he was a major flirt - we would go out to dinner and he would have the waitresses eating out of his hands. One time the waitress, who couldn't have been more than 19, hunched down to talk to him and he put hand out and started rubbing her leg! Her reaction - "Isn't he cute?". Dad's reaction - "That's my boy!" - my reaction? :faint: .

Now he's almost 12 and girls are "Yuck!"

Mine is interested a bit.. he goes skiing with friends... and they seem to be all girls around him.. I think its for his homework skills myself,,lol but he is tall and good looking too! of course at 13 its starts... and now he is loosing the baby fat and really bulking up and looks great.. i think he grew 6 inches this past week!!:confused3

OMG~!
And I thought I had problems keeping up with the blabbermouths thread in the past.... I'm in big trouble here. :lmao:

If you link dining with the DIS group you will know before you board what your seating will be. :thumbsup2 Early will have 6 pm and late looks like will be at 8 pm. Last cruise I was able to have all of the WLE people switched to early at the 90 day point once final payments had been made.
Okay so now I know what WLE stands for.. waiting list early? Yeah, I finally figured it out. LOL
We have late dining- and this time I hope we really ARE linked up to the dining with everyone else. Last time somehow we got lost in the shuffle. :(

AndrewDerekUK- your son/daughter ages? From the pictures you showed from 2005 (I think?) it appears your children might be around the same age as my son and eldest daughter. They are now just turned 13 and just turned 9... they'll be 14 and 10 on the this cruise. Close to your children's ages?

Lisa- your son is 8 now? My son just turned 9- so depending on birthdays they might be in the same age group on this cruise?

I need to match up friends for the kids this time. Last time my kids had fun but they basically were just 'alone' in the clubs... they didn't know anyone, didn't make friends (atleast none that they even knew their names), etc. I think they'd have more fun, especially the oldest, if they sorta "knew" some people who were going to be there. They are all in different age groups so they can't be with any of their siblings...

That stinks about the cafepress. I think I was leaning more towards iron on transfers this time anyway. It's expensive to buy shirts for all 5 of us, stressful to see if we end up with sizes that actually fit us correctly, and doing iron on I assume (depending on cost per shirt) we could do more than one shirt each and be less expensive. I'm sorry it didn't work out for cafepress though. I went to look and only saw the gif box there- no way to see the clothes or how it looked with it on there!

What is up with the word shirt. Is that banned on this board? Or are y'all spelling it different or something. checking with this post if my word shirt shows up. (*confused here*)

Hey, I think the pajama breakfast should be the FIRST morning. Let everyone else on the ship wonder if we are going show up in our PJs every morning!
Okay that is HILARIOUS. Cause you know some people would be wondering what in the world is going on and yes, some would be wondering if this was a "normal" thing on DCL and if we were doing it everyday. I wonder if people (non-DIS'ers) would then show up in PJs the next day thinking that was the norm? LOL!!!!!!!

Wow...caught up...now I need a nap.

Lisa,

Add us to the "In about a year, we'd like to link Ressie's for Main Dining" list. On Wednesday, I was so excited that the website was actually booking our ressie that I overlooked switching the default from Late Dining to Early Dining.

And I practiced all Tuesday Evening too.:rotfl:

Joel

Yeah, when you checked just to make sure they didn't open up the bookings a few hours early? ;) :lmao:

I was wondering the same thing. How does a jacket stop being warm? I suppose if it had holes in it. But is there something about age that impacts the molecular structure of a jacket so it no longer keeps you warm? ;)

I think it has to do with being 13 and not zipping your jacket 'cause it isn't cool... as well as it is a few years old so it is a bit small.. but it is a BEARS jacket so one can't outgrow it that would be sacrilige.. ( sp)

Don't worry Lisa, we can skip past this as many will sakip fast GA, Survivor, DHW, etc.:thumbsup2

I was loving it last night, but what the heck was Izzy's problem?:scared1:

Izzy was freaking out because noone was coming to the free clinic that she had used the $8 million Denny left her to fund. She wanted to make a difference & they weren't the first day with no patients.

Pete---I was only joking but unfortunately I can't help you. I don't in all seriousness know where they round up those countdown clocks. I can barely figure out the banner thing.

Okay shirt wasn't banned. so what are y'all posting that shows up like this ****?
Let me try t-shirts

When he was little he was going to marry me but that changed -

My DS6 was going to marry me too. He used to think I was 24. When I finally broke down and told him I was 42, he looked me square in the eyes and told me "Mommy, I can't marry you anymore, you're gonna be dead"

Thanks. But I think I figured it out. Each calender has above it tickerfactory.com click on it and follow the instructions!

You can do it!:)

Pete

Pete

If you go to http://www.tickerfactory.com you can pick out what kind of ticker and counter you want and then it gives you a link to post in you siggie line that will then show the counter there.

I used to use one from tickerfactory, but when I went to make one for this cruise, their web site was all messed up and all it kept saying was "You can track your menstrual cycle day as well your ovulation day and days past ovulation count using this ticker. This particular ticker is designed for women trying to conceive and following their menstrual cycles to optimize their chances."

I decided I didn't need the ticker that badly.
