Not a mutiny, just a discussion. I'm trying to reason with the captain but he's beyond reasoning. It's all about the black, black and more black to the captain. He would SO get along well with my husband on that respect...

Congrats! We got early seating today too but no cabin assignment. I wonder why they are doing it this way?

I've had a cabin # all along, but I'm on the WL for early dining.
Do you think there is any method to anything they are doing at this point??

There are certain things I've never been the same after, one night included Blue Hawaiians at the Junction, the other night involved undercooked roasted chicken from KFC.

Lemme guess...Quad Night at the Junction???? For me it was Alabama Slammers.

Hi, we are on late as well but wle. I'm not so sure we can do the late dinning being time difference. I figured what would be 8pm seating would really be 11pm seating pt. I know my DH stomach would be telling hiom that he needs food. Well we'll wait and see. I think there will enough of us to have fun either way

If that happens, it's only for one day,right? I mean I don't understand all the posts about this situation. We're CST and we chose late dining. Sure we might be hungry before our late dining on the first day- but there are other food options and I'm sure we'll be pigging out at the buffet when we get on the ship anyway. By the next day- we're waking up and doing things and eating and going to sleep on PT time or whatever time the ship is. Either way- choosing early or late you're body adjusts to it, right? Maybe not everyone adjusts to time changes as quickly as we do? We're flexible I guess. Depending on what activities the kids have on what nights sometimes we have dinner at 5:30 because their activities are starting at 6 or 6:30 and it won't all be over (all 3 kids and for someone to be home to cook dinner later) until 8:30 or so and that's when they go to bed! sometimes their "stuff" is early right after school and we end up having dinner after it all around 8pm.

We're flexible that way. (iow: we're used to eating at different times but prefer later rather than earlier. I prefer later because I'm a nightowl and I also prefer later because every single time my kids have to eat before activities, so early, they are hungry again before bedtime LOL)

The only thing my husband complained about is that we missed out on all the late night goodies we kept running into as we walked the ship, checked out the clubs, especially on pirates night!, etc. and we had just stuffed ourselves at the restaurants so we couldn't partake of the food that looked SO good. But we just couldn't eat anymore at that point.
(he wished we had eaten earlier, even though it's not like he was saying he was HUNGRY before dinner, solely so he'd have room in his stomach to eat the food offered later. Silly man)

WOW! I just can't leave you all alone for even a few hours!! OK, well, I guess it's been more than a few...LOL

SO the home visit went really well. Our case worker said that she thinks we are right on track!

We got a little bit of snow (about an inch or so) and we're supposed to get more overnight. We'll see what happens...
Still cold as heck, but at least I'm at home where it's nice and snuggly warm! (I was so DONE with my cold office today!)

OK, so it's bedtime, and I will be back on in the morning! Night all!

Well, I really must get some sleep tonight. I can't be staying up all night having so much fun with you scabbies and wenches.. when I have to get up early and go with my youngest (1st graders... help me!) on her field trip with her class tomorrow. We're going to see a show at Casa Manana. Remind me again why I always go on the field trips with my younguns? please.....

Talk with you all tomorrow. I know there is NO WAY I'm going to be able to catch up after sleeping tonight and being gone all day on the field trip and such. So I might as well not even try. Someone PM me or something if someone says something important or to me that I NEED to know... cause there's no chance of me catching up after like 18hrs or so of not being on the board! Absolutely no way in ...you know.
