O.K. I'm back for a bit. Good to see you guys didn't go for the 12,000 without me.

Got to go out and take care of the end of the drive. Snow plow came through and cleared the drifts off the road. No I have a huge pile at the end of my drive.

To top it off, the larger snow thrower won't start. Looks like a shoveling job now (the smaller one won't cut through it).

My DW and DD prefer my cooking in this house, I've been cooking since I was about 12. With my DW being so short (4'7") her mother wouldn't let her near the stove growing up for fear she would get hurt. My DW really never started cooking until after we got married. My DW is known as "The Package Food Queen" in our house!!! Hey, at least it's food, that's also why I don't complain about any food I get on the ship!!!

I, like most of us cave men, am the griller in the house. But I am able to cook on and in the stove as well. DW does like when I cook.

I'm thinking we need to get with the activities people and get some DIS Wenches vs Captain/Swabbies competitions going.

Maybe every sea day have one competition and then have a big to do on the day before Castaway Cay.

Have a mini DIS-Olympics.

Oh I'm sure you won't have to ask. Just look for the lady staring at people's chest trying to find DIS'ers in the mass of black shirts that everyone will be wearing (not just DIS'ers). If you see security pulling me away by each arm- save me please. I don't want to go to Mickey Jail for looking at people's chest. I'm not a perv, swear!

Hi everyone,

Went to DL and DCA yesterday, I mean I did some research for those of you who will be visiting DLR before the cruise. It was much more crowded than last year on SB Sunday.

We went to TTwCrush. DD's "favorite boyfriend", who's 6, was chosen to talk to Crush. He asked Crush "How do you eat?" Crush moved his mouth. Then Crush asked him "What is your favorite thing to eat?" He answered "Fish." Crush turned around and started yelling "Swim away." The boy's mom and I were laughing so hard we were crying.

Anyway, just putting this out there again - if anyone has questions about DLR, I'm happy to share my knowledge.

How is this siggy? Is it too tall - as I was trying to give it artistic balance - I have not been able to load the correct size image of my family to insert it adjacent to the PC banner in a matching size as the image appears to be FIXED at 150x100 pixels in dimension. My alternative would be to reduce the banner to 100 pixels in height and place the family picture adjacent to the banner (when reduced in size to match).

Any thoughts?

I think you need to read the rest of my post to understand what I meant about Texas. Ofcourse we're not leaving from Texas.

I think some people who say black is thinning, they like black, etc. are missing the point of the shirts. It's not about what looks GOOD, it's about what is NOTICABLE so we can see one another. That is the point of the shirts isn't it?

Yes I agree ...and 500 people wearing Black shirts is a great way to get noticed ..
