I've had 2 knee surgeries so I know what you're going through.

What they are doing here in WI now is starting to read the meters over a DSL type line. They will dial in to the meters at 2:00 a.m. one day each month and have them all done in one night.

Our township starting looking into something like that about "15 years ago" see how far they got don't you! The town next to us has it, I told my boss I'm to close to retirement now, just hold off a few more years if you want to do that!

I had a partial knee replacement to my left knee in 2001, that was the 4th surgery on that knee, after that the right knee got jealous, I had the 2nd and 3rd surgeries on that knee in May 2004 and August 2005. I had three bad falls on ice in 2003, 2004 and 2005 which didn't help.
