Andrew is definitely addicted to World of Warcraft:rolleyes:

As far as Palo...

I'm just glad they aren't raising the Palo price any higher. That's my addiction, good food and service;)

Right now they are at my place as Mom and Dad are out and the 2 younger ones other addiction is DS lite. IMO too much video. She controls the computer at home so they can't get on til she lets them. My DS was the one to get them addicted as he was one of the testers last year before the new version came out and gave them the codes to get in.I don't think he realized what he did at the time.

I plan to book a brunch and maybe the tea so it won't hurt too much.

LOVE MY MAC ...I cant even begin to explain , I have been waiting to convert for awhile and I am so happy we finally did ...Im still learning but its getting easier by the day , and more simple too ...We kinda splurged since it was the end of the year and we changed our whole office so I got the 24 Imac My sweet Melissa got the 20 Imac and we also got the macbook so we would have a laptop when we travel ...so if you have any questions I will try my best to answer what I can , as I am still learning all the cool and easy things you can do with a mac ...

thanks

in regards to Tom's earlier post......

My DS wants to be a game tester in the worst way. CSI Miami did a show on video game addiction. It was scary:eek: I manage to keep DS's time limited on the computer as well:thumbsup2

They haven't raised the Palo Brunch or Tea, just the Dinner:confused3
Wonder what else will change by August:confused3

Anyone want to share what they are budgeting for their onboard acct?
We are planning on doing some excursion at every place but not the expensive dolphin swim etc.
I have widely estimated we will need $3500-4,000 not including tips.
We also are not planning on the most expensive spa options (spa villas) but will be spending some time in there.
Since the qualifying cruise was for only 4 days it is hard to extrapalate into 15 days. Yal think I am inline with reality?
I know so much depends on a huge number of factors but I was just curious. I have the tips covered by my Disney credit cards rewards and I am putting my stock dividends the 1st 3 quarters of this year in a separate acct for other onboard expenditures.

for the 14 night aug 07 repo my bill was around 2700. it adds up fast that was with no spa under 100 dollars in drinks. excursion was like 700 around 300 for pictures. 40 dollars for bingo. 20 dollars gaming card. palo 60 dollars
tips 500. the gift shop

No the brunch and the Dinner both were mentioned.
Here in Orlando we have EA games and that is what they do. They test the games, and get paid for it too. They however just closed one of their sites and downsized here as well. Don't know how valuable a job it can be .

Yeah and I went and looked back at your original post and saw it was both brunch and dinner:rolleyes:

I'll just buy fewer pictures to make up for the extra Palo charge:idea:

Yeah, I didn't think game testing was a reliable job, but hey, I wanted to be a writer at his age and I changed my mind-several times:lmao:
I'm just hoping he settles on something that makes him happy and supports himself and a family:wizard:
Oh and isn't illegal:rolleyes1

Disney Cruise Line News

Palo Price Increase

Effective 1/10/08 on the Disney Wonder and 1/12/08 on the Disney Magic, the price of dining at Palo increases to $15 per person for both the brunch and dinner.

As far as I'm concerned from what I've been hearing (haven't been) Palo is worth it - $15 for a meal is roughly what we would pay here per person and that doesn't include dessert/beverage/tip or excellent service.

Arlene - where do you sign up for the Disney Cruise Line News?

Picture of Ian Thomas from his 1st Birthday party. Just seems like he's growing up so fast. We've been baby sitting for nine months now one more and we cut back to one week a month. We've really missed our freedom.

Oh God I forgot about Shutters!

One alternative to shutters is to suck up to Crash, he takes 7,000 pics on a 7 night cruise, he should be good for abou 20,000 here and is bound to have a few good ones of each of us......

I'm sure for a few attestations of his innocence he would share them and you can get them printed.....

Ok, to just take the planning up a whole 'nother notch.... anyone interested in a post cruise page on the website where we can all post our photobucket, etc. links to our cruise photos ?

Just a fly by post to say hello..................

That's a wonderful idea, Tom!!!:thumbsup2

I saw the play in NYC on Dec 3rd and it was really good. Better then I expected

I'm glad to hear that, Jo -- we have had tickets for a week from tonight for a long time, and this morning the NY Times really trashed it in a review (not that I believe everything I read in reviews, for sure!) . . .

I take a lot of photos and end up buying plenty from Shutters, but I always come home thinking "Why don't I have a picture of xxx?" So a page with cruise pictures would be great (and maybe I can get some of Crash's great photos too). I am a scrapbooker so I can never have too many pictures...even if they just sit on my computer. I do have my December WDW pictures loading on the digital picture frame I got for Christmas. But only a few have been printed out.

Julie - I was invited to go and I really didn't have high hopes for it for some reason. I have to tell you that the singing is really good, the sets were a lot of fun and there is some humor thrown in which made it great. Go and enjoy
