As mentioned, DD7 is questionable for the zipline. If she bails DW and DD7 will be joining you at the water slides. Yes if you are an observer you can use the facilities. We actually ate at this restaurant back in 1993 long before ziplines were around.

Thanks Roger:goodvibes
I'll probably sign up as an observer then:thumbsup2

Is there a group that is doing this, and is everyone just booking on their own through the site? Would my 15 year old son be able to go on his own? I do not think he would like to go tandem with a guide. :lmao:

We kinda were all booking for the 11:00 time.

Sounds good to us too! Maybe we could share a couple of taxis to the tour office. :thumbsup2
There are 4 of us but I would definitely be interested.
I will probably take a cab vs. the bus just to have more control.

Cherie and I gave the girls a coupon for a puppy for Christmas so today we finally found one at a local adoption. He is only 6 weeks old so we can't take him home yet but it was fun to see him. He is a mix but probably has some lab and maybe some cocker.

Ok, That puppy is just pretty dang adorable!

Cabo is famous for its sea-life, there are stunning, views on from the sea and along the coast, if kids do not get seasick this is the best choice, there is a glassblowing factory that is also educational for kids.
You know, that is an interesting idea. Thanks for suggesting.

I wonder what zipline company Disney is going to use? As it sits right now,I'm gonna hafta use OBC to pay for it.

OMG, I just hit my 3,000 post!
You know Debi, I clearly got the impression it was the same based on specific comments on DCL description and the Los Veranos website but not 100% sure.
You may have to use your OBC to pay for it but you will have a wonderful verandah to enjoy while I will be in the windowless underbelly of the ship. :)

Happy Thread Anniversary All!!

My kids were very upset we missed Cabo in 2005, I was telling them about the glassblowing and really looked forward to it, so its top of our list. I did it before with Princess and its very interesting, a good alternative, if you do not like boats.

I will PM all those that had interest in this trip late last year.

DS is still in the hospital. Doc says no earlier than Monday, but probably won't even be coming home then. Sad to say, I've seen him get worse, not better, since he's been in.

Monica,  for you and your son. I will keep you all in my prayers.

Awww.....he is so sweet.:goodvibes

:lmao: Aw Coral, you can come up to see us whenever you need air!

Thanks!:lmao:
My parents have a cat 5 so they said we could hang on their verandah too. Guess we will have a verendah "by association". :thumbsup2
Don't you know on PC day I am going to hang on their verandah to get a picture of us going through the PC.

Some friends of mine just did this over Christmas vacation -- they have a 10 year old daughter in Meredith's class. She let go during one of the zipline runs and just sailed on, slightly tilted back, to the next platform. Although I don't recommend it to my girls (:scared1: ) I do think that you are in extremely securely regardless of whether you hang on.

If you can overcome your fears, you should try to do it . . . my friend said it is seriously like being a bird, flying above the trees -- a truly unique experience.

Alan did ziplining in Costa Rica. He loved it. He said he got spun around by the wind and went backwards for a bit. He has 2 small burns on one of his arms from it. Another group that went to another place got greasy because their guide would spray wd40 on the lines as he went-they said it was very fun but kinda yucky to get on you. Everyone on our tour group that zipped loved it and all said they would go again:goodvibes
