From whatg I can tell... for a quad with a 4 and 7 child... my price is the same as someone else (forgive me for not recalling the screen name of that informative DIS mate) who posted that they got theirs at about 5:40AM california time. SO as far as I can figure - I got the same and the prices on quad cat 9s did not change from 5:40 through 6:20. I hope my facts are not misquoted - I am actually a little tired from lack of sleep.

AND my point...

1) is that from 5:20 - 6:30 - 7:20 the price was $6797 and I was very fortunate to get this price - I think.
2) at 7:40 the price jumped to $8397
3) at 6:15 the price edged up to $8797
4) at 9:20 the price DROPPED to $7197 <this is NOT a mistake>
5) at 11:15 the price jumped to $8797
6) from 12:30 - 1:11 the price is still $8797


At this point I have saved $2000 against the current price - not accounting for OBD of 10% (est. $600) and the OBC ($200) and the TA spiff ($150). In effect... my net price should come in around $5,847 after adjustment for cabin credits and the 10%.

So... if this seems like me tootin' my horn... it's not all thay for our expanded family of guests. The 2 other families who were going to book failed to book... and now their price to join us is that much higher now.

Oh well, I should be happy we have 4 families booked to join us in our little group - but I would have been happier if the other two families had heeded my encouragement to committ. They would have prices that are collectively $3500 less in catagory 9s.

SO there it is. You win some, and otherwise lose a bit on some too.

Hi all .. I'm all booked as well ... Me and my daughter will be on board in a cat 9. This is going to be special for her, as she turns 18 on the day we set sail from LA.... Now ... How do I get a Palo's reservation for the 17th ... Is that possible???

I've tried reading this thread but got lost .... So I'm going to try and keep up from now on!

In 2005 the repo sold out but there was availability a few days latter as people didnt pay deposits.

I saw that too - when I spoke with Debra she said that DCl and the TA's think that a lot of these will open back up after 2/3 when the deposit's are due.

Well, it's almost time to leave work - not that I've done much today, mind you, but it was work. Have to go home and throw a quickie dinner together - Joe has CCD tonight. I'll be back on later.

Edited to add: Just checked DCL website and there are 5 and 9's available - it keeps changing minute by minute.

I'm on a diet, I wish I ould have fish and chips. I live on the east coast so we have very fresh cod here and it's very, very nice!

Since it is on the day we set sail I would assume they would treat her like an 18 yo.
