Ok, here is more to ponder...
I called DCL to make sure the ressies I am transferring are showing (could you imagine if they weren't when I called tomorrow?!?!
) and spoke with a very nice CM. I did ask her if I could book it now...
I asked her which number she thought would be best to call in the morning. Of course she said both would be very busy, but she thought the CC number because that was for returning members only. (Um yeah, who do you think will be calling tomorrow?? John Doe who has never thought about a cruise before??)
She said the regular number would have people with too many questions and such which could be very true. But she also said that the CC line get travel agents on it. All in all, we really couldn't come up with which would be better. Go figure.
I also asked her how many CMs they had answering phones and she said there were about 100. That's good to know!
This is the kicker. She said that it is best to call at 8am as it will be less busy because many will not be up to be on the phone yet.
