Oh, I wasn't even thinking about the dinner timing! I have older boys; the youngest will be 15, so will will choose late dining. Does this mean I will not run into everyone? I have been getting so jazzed about seeing people, and I'm usually pretty shy.

We will have a group linked for both seatings. You can see everyone else during the day. :)

As soon as we even started talking about the possibility of even looking into this, we were making our flight plans! Yes, I am a complusive planner!

Add me to the list of compulsive planners.:thumbsup2
I'm planning for us to fly out early Wednesday morning. We'll tour the DL parks for 3 days and do a LA tour 1 day. I booked our room Saturday afternoon.:cool1:

What time does the teen evening activities tend to start? I requested early dining in order to avoid conflicts with the teen schedule.

I think we will be doing the late dining as well, right Diane??? ::yes::

You can check out recent navigators to see what they do for the teens. I remember someone saying that they were pretty late getting started...like midnight.

Me too. Besides "M" you can drink while dining and after you have time to do other things. Late dining for me would be like eating and then going to bed. We had it once and ended up being done around 10:30.

AND we can always start earlier. :lmao: :lmao:

Yeah - but you have to get out of the pool or back to the ship by, like 4 o'clock to make all that work, showers x4, primping and fluffing and whatnot. We've always done late dining - threw the kids in the club most nights and hung out wherever until midnight.

OH well.

Do you guys skip the shows? We would still need to get ready by 5 to do all of the character stuff before the show or dinner. We are usually in the room by 11.

Actually they should stagger it with with the first being folks on DIS cruise meet threads booking 1st for their sailings, then DIS folks in general the next day, TAs for the general public next then - everyone else.

Yeah?

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

Ok, is it just me or is anyone else's emoticons to the right playing 'musical smilies'??:confused3

I'm with M--
Late dining for us too. I'd rather not cut afternoon activities short. We enjoyed seeing the shows at the matinee times with the kids, dining either alone or with the older one while swimming, feeding then putting the younger one in the club.

Cap'n-- "Yes to the first, yes to the second, and as far as the third...let's keep to the shallows." pirate:
No really, I vote for the top one too!
