Okay I am back and dinner is not cleaned up so I will be in and out.
Yes phone call not IC
I did not really understand what I had so I never really called it anything in particular. Honestly I had never heard the term IC before you guys but I also go through an agent so she does that technical mumbo jumbo. The ressie is also on the DCL website under the ressie number but no pricing details.
Don't know how much of that is transfer and insurance so I 'm not sure how much to subtract.

Do you guys skip the shows? We would still need to get ready by 5 to do all of the character stuff before the show or dinner. We are usually in the room by 11.

Oh no you dont ...there be a couple of nights that you and the hubby are coming with us to do a little drinking and fun at Rockin D

Yep, early diner here.....although my reasoning got shot down during the Friday night chat....you see every other cruise I've been on had a midnight buffet every night....sooo....if you have the early seating, you have a few hours to make room for more goodies at midnight...if you had late seating, you'd just be finishing up, then the buffet would be starting.....but I'm told there is no such thing on DCL, only the chocolate/dessert buffet....oh well.

With late night you can get character pics between the show and dinner.

We did early dining on the August cruise & didn't work for us. I agree when you eat late you aren't done till about 10:30 & then night is almost over, but we are not morning people. We would get up in time to grab the end of the breakfast buffet & they were already putting out lunch!

I am hoping to use DVC points to stay at DL. LOVE the idea of sharing a bus!

Well, the only other cruise we did was the 3 day and I must admit that we skipped the shows, but we will definately try to see some on this cruise. Also, with all the sea days I'm hoping that there will be quite a few matinees that we can attend.

DH did have us in room between 11 and 12, though one night I took a stroll up to the pool bar for a night cap!

Can't keep me eyes open any longer, been up since 4am and took a melatonin tablet about 30 minutes ago. I'm off to bed. How many pages will I wake up to in the morning???

On our cruise in August the late night dessert buffet also included a taco bar & turkey legs. But it was only offered one night. Maybe the repo has two?

I am not so worried about my beauty - I just can't seem to tear myself away from Quiet Cove Pool - darn that deck 9 - Late for ME!

The beautifying is not just for me - it is also so I don't scare my fellow passengers!
