Hey all!
Just having a lazy Sunday afternoon... Decided to get out the DL castle and let DS5 help me set it up:
DCP_2073.jpg

It has a Dumbo ride, Peter Pan flight, Tea cups and a couple others as well as a train that is battery operated and travels in and around the castle triggering the rides to work.
It is MY toy, I don't share very often for fear of it getting broken or any of the tiny characters getting lost!:tinker: ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo princess:
Now I think I just might go over to Blockbuster and get POC II... maybe I can keep up around here better!
Marcy

Hey neat toy! My daughter has one like it, though I believe it's a slightly different version.

I bought a Lenox Sleeping Beauty 50th Anniversary toy for myself today at the Hallmark store! I don't know what possessed me, but the Princess of the house thinks it should go in her room!

No way!

Nope this is not the same one ...this is one that happened last night .....sitting here waiting for the phone to ring so Hopefully I can pick up my CPU tonight or at least within the next couple of hours ..

Did you get everything recovered from the first one, or did you lose it all?

Did you get everything recovered from the first one, or did you lose it all?

The first time I lost everything ....this time I am still hoping to have not lost what I have recouped and redone over the last month ...this time looks more promising...... I just hate having to do a complete system recovery which means loading back up all programs and everything .

****Update****

Just got a call while I was typing this .....everything is back to running and I didnt lose my files ...Be back later after I get everything hooked up ...

Yes for 30 mins recently locked out and this morning it was slow and usually its fast am here as you are all in bed!!

I think its this thread too many photos posts etc.

I don't know about the photos... unless the transmit speeds of the line are varying. I had pages with several larger images - and animations in the past few days and ther was no slowing. In fact - I saw complaints of slow Server performance when my images were absent - so - I was ust thinking that this sunday afternoon was getting busy for the DIS servers.

:surfweb:

 Oh, my gosh. I can't believe I actually made it to the end. (for now)
I told myself I wasn't gonna post till I read the whole thread. You guys are hard to keep up with.
We were booked on the first EB Panama repo but had to cancel, so were gonna try again. :sail: :dancer:
Okay, So I'll catch up....

I don't remember Shawn Cassidy, or even David(never seen an episode of the Partridge family). Barely remember the Donny and Marie show. I remember Andy Gibb from an episode of "Punky Brewster."

I don't like bugs, especially ones that fly. ewwww

My board name---- I love piglet and am shy till I feel comfortable around people.

I love Heroes too!!!

Black, white, lime green doesn't matter.

No Spouse, but I am in love with a little guy named TIVO. :happytv:

Will Turner better not die.

Sprinkles

Pe-cahn

Love Groundhog day "Watch out for that first step it's a doozy." Oh the animal, not the movie? Then I don't know anything about groundhogs.

At the moment "Sleepy" but mostly "Happy".

I love the POC movies. But I don't know much pirate lingo.

I too ordered Girl Scout cookie already. Yummy!!!

Well be doing :laundy: on ship.

Crash: your photos are hilarious!!!

Anyway, hopefully we will be sailing on this cruise. That's if the pric...well you know.

Sooz :flower:

I was actually shut out of the site completely a couple of times this afternoon, so I don't think it was this thread but the whole DIS site in general. I noticed that there are also slow loading problems on the wdwinfo site.

This photo is priceless! I love the look on your younger DD's face. You can just see her wondering, "Am I next?"

yeah...

... looking at this image brings back all the wonderful good feelings of that moment plus some. It's actually one of my favorites. The reprise poses I had shot last September were not as good as this one from 2005.

I'm happy that this pleasant moment brought you a little smile today.

Cheers,
Tom

For the heck of it I just checked the price on one of the most popular on-line travel agencies (don't know if I'm allowed to mention the name) for the May 12th transatlantic for a family of 4 in cat. 6 for a total of 7735.44 including taxes & fees. Doesn't that seem ridiculously low or was that particular cruise not selling well? :confused3 I'm obsessing I know! :sad2:

$7700 does sound awfully reasonable for a veranda repo. Wow... maybe I should revisit the idea with my spouse.... nawwww.;)

On our Alaska cruise last summer on NCL, they gave us a paper bag a couple of days prior to the end of the cruise. For $20 they would launder all the clothes you could fit in the bag. I stuffed that bag like no bag has been stuffed before! I am sure they got the short end of that deal. Twenty four hours later the clothes were returned laundered, pressed and on hangers!
It was so nice to get home from that trip with a good percentage of my laundry already done. I just unpacked and put all the clean clothes away.

Now that is a good deal! And a nice spiff - !

I find it humours how many of us have trouble keeping up with this thread, but Crash manages to not only keep up, but has a graphic for almost any occasion. :thumbsup2

I try,

... and then once in a while I can't find something and it just goes begging for one. Oh well... :confused3

Thanks for the kind remarks...

Yes, I heard there were all kinds of incentives for that cruise....I think someone even mentioned kids sail free.

This cannot be so....

... I think the most that was added was that gratuities were now covered. Wow... that would be pretty generous.... if true. I never looked very closely at the MEd repro sailings - as the air arrangements were a budget buster (without my checking). I was going to do a trip for a cruise out of Rome for a family gathering type of thing - and we justified it in part because we were using frequent flyer miles to save about $6,500 in air fare... and gaining a triangular flight with a stop in Montreal. Alas we nixed the sailing after we reserved because family issues forced several others to cancel - and a host of other issues cropped up. These family gathering things are sooo complicated sometimes!:confused3

Oh boy - 3794....

... just a few more to go for the 3,800th posting... will I sneak off with it? Anyone else looking???

sneaky.gif

...not this guy again???

I think I'll give up a spa appointment and have someone else do the laundry!
What a GOOD idea!
Hazel called, she is on her way home and should be here any minute!!!

I opened the front door, and what did I see, snow falling from the sky. :sad1:
we don't have any here yet, but you get your weather before us!

I seem to see a quiz people are answering - where the heck is it????
