DCL told me that cost would cover both transfer to the port from LAX in CA and in FL from the port to MCO. I would assume the cost would not be different if your pickup was from DL to the port.

So it's not the same as WDW because at WDW you can use free transportation to the parks/resorts from the airport- and then use the transfer from resort to port/port to airport. They don't have that type of transportation situation from airport to resorts in DL's situation?

anyone else planning on having little ones at the time of sailing?? dh and i plan to ttc ....i'm not too worried about traveling with a little one though. we drove from NY to FL when my last one was only a few months old. did wdw with him, and have traveled with the others at a very young ages too. just wondered if there will be any others that will have very young ones at time of sailing? we really hope to, if all goes as planned.

we lived in Rochester for 11 years before making it back to Syracuse area !(after a 4 year stint in Laurel, MD following college)!!!- DH worked for Nortel before they let most people go at that location!

I couldn't have stuck with it that long. I did my degree in 3 years going full time in the summer, taking 21 hours per semester & waiting tables 40 hours a week to pay for it all.

I did the same thing - only instead of waiting tables 40 hours a week I drank beer.

HEY!!! West coasters online! We need to try not to talk about shows until after they have shown there 3 hours later or the next day.

Oh please don't say that.
If that is truly going to be the case, I better not get my hopes up for this cruise. Because we simply CAN NOT go if we don't have rooms near one another and I'm not going to pay in full with no chance of refund if we cancel, before finding out if our rooms will be close to one another. That's a bunch of bull making the entire ship (or there abouts- very few people early in the morning were able to actually get stateroom numbers- most got gty) wait that long to find out where they'll be. now I'm bummed.

I have done a guarantee twice and once I was lucky enough to find out when my docs came, the other time I found out at the port.

My TA called and we are not able to transfer the reservation from Spring Break 2008 to the EB repo- this means that we have to pay another $1000 and not get the 10% discount or the OBC of $200.. I am not a happy little camper..
GRRRRR.... anyone else have this happen to them??

Did you make your resie for this one without modifying your existing resie? That is the only way to carry over the OBC & 10%.
