Yeah, they're my kind of treats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

British hugs? Is there such a thing?????:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
We invented hugs. Remember Winnie the Pooh is British, not Disney!!!

I am NOT still drunk from the Dismeet on Saturday, although pitchers of Brooklyn lager might have been seen at our table . . . sorry you couldn't be there.

Glad you had time to sober up then!!!!!!!!!:lmao:

Have a good one, presume 21! ( again)!

Not around much, doing some research for my 2009 holiday!!!! to add to the cruise!

Actually no calories in anything from Thanksgiving until Janury 2:thumbsup2

It's not the scent/fumes, it's the oils. What happens is, you drop your peanuts on your tray table and the oil residue remains. The airlines never clean these tables (at least not well and often) and the next person has an allergy and ends up getting that oil on their hands and then their food.

At least that is how a colleague who is allergic to peanuts explained it. Of course, he takes a small dishtowel with him and covers his tray table with it and has hand sanitizer with him at all times. He is VERY allergic to nuts.

DW is deathly allergic to anything with oats, oatmeal, oat flour etc. She ended up in the ER when someone was eating a granola bar outside her office. Not sure exactly how the particles spread through the air, but they made their way to her. Last year they served granola bars on our flight to Florida. She aimed all of the air vents to blow away from her, buried her face in her sweater, and took a ton of Benadryl. She also has her epi-pen just in case.

When you meet her, ask her how her our wedding cake tasted. Luckily we found out the day before that they messed up and made it with oat flour, so she couldn't even taste it.

Well here is our tree.

Looks great Paula! I love the swirled glass Mickey ornament.

PIRATE 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY JULIE''

Love and huggs from London

Bet she is still drunk from the Dismeet on Sunday in NY!

Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Sounds like my Abby.....

No counter "surfing" for her though. She pretty much is eye level with the counter so cooking any kind of meal and keeping her out of it is like a contact sport.

But i love my big dog.....

I love that picture. It reminds me of my big ole dopey dog.

Three finals down, three to go!!! Is it Friday yet?!?!

The rolled snow balls to make another snowman are my contribution. Big brother contributed the firepit idea. I talked to him about making trees and he agreed. The rest of the design is his, though we all did it together.

My DD10 was looking over my shoulder admiring your work:thumbsup2
Very impressive:goodvibes

Christmas Miracles are happening already - just heard from a long lost cousin that I haven't heard from since I was 15 which is about..........a couple decades ago. :rotfl2: We spent 1 1/2 hrs talking - can't believe - I who hates talking on the phone could actually talk that long on the phone - my phone battery actually started dying on me. I was switching phones at the end. :rotfl: How sad is that? :lmao:

That's wonderful!!! BTW -- it was 3 decades ago that I was 15....... :rotfl:

It was fun talking to you!!!:yay: Make my guest suite a nice shade of lavender.:flower3:

We went to look at carpet today........ I'll let Jon know what color you prefer. :thumbsup2

I know you'll love Samantha's room when it is finished!

Yeah, you'd think after all the money we spent for 10 days on the Magic over Christmas, I'd get more than:

:rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: My now 6dd (4 & 5 on our 3 cruises) made many an angry face (with crying and yelling at me) during dinner because I wouldn't let her go to the kids club instead I actually wanted us to eat together......
She would spend her entire day and evening in the kids club if I didn't force her to spend time with us! LOL!

If she behaves (no yelling *I want to go to the kids club*) during dinner then I bring her to the club about half way through dinner. :) If she yells we go to our room and daddy stays with her! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Every time I deal with these people, I think of the movie "Galaxy Quest" where the Sigourney Weaver character has one job to do -- repeat what the computer says -- and she says something like: "I have one job to do and it's stupid but I'm going to do it".

These people have one job to do and they are going to make sure their little kingdom is ruled with an iron fist.

Oh, my DH just had a run in with the principal:rolleyes1

Apparently, when he was driving my DD10 to school last Friday, she realized she forgot something. Well he figured he had time to go back home to get it, but when they got to the school the principal stopped her at the door and told her to tell her Dad to come in. When he arrived in the office, he asked what was wrong. She told him that Kelly was late and he had to sign her in (just as the bell rang:rolleyes: ). He was furious:mad:  "yeah, now she's late"
If the principal had left her alone she would have made it to her class before the bell rang:rolleyes:

She must have some issues:confused3

Thanks, everyone! Laurie, since age is just a number, 29 sounds like a good one, right?????????????? And Cheryl I love the picture of that cake!

I've always hated having my birthday so close to Christmas, but of course it could be worse (even closer!) . . . I did get to go to a fabulous Christmas party last night and the caterers brought out a petit four with a candle for me to blow out.

Thanks again!!!

My DS (Andrew) turns 14 tomorrow:scared1:
He does get less from our extended family because he is so close to Christmas:confused3

(I have to go out and get him something tonight:rolleyes1 )

I called DVC this morning in hopes of chaging our late dining to main dining and they were able to do it. My whole reason to take everyone on vacation is to be able to sit down together at dinner time. With a 19th month old I was afraid late dining would be a real problem, what a relief.

Love the angry face, so typical of kids. Sometimes no matter how much you do, oh well

:scared1: :scared1: How awful--no cake

Thanks Mike, I bought those in April when we were at WDW. I brought back 3 different ones. It took me several days after I put the tree up to find them.

It will be here before you know it:cheer2: :cheer2:
