Aww...

... shucks! I dropped near $400 on matching Anakin and Padme costumes for my spouse and I ... I was gonna use it for a costume party + a DCL Halloween cruise + trick or treating... but everything got switched around and I have yet to use it - other then this one occasion where I went in for my daughters' preschool "show and tell" day as a Anakin.

And - this year actually marks the 30th anniversey for Star Wars - and this month they are having a huge Star Wars' convention in LA - and as such I am considering going in costume with my spouse in her Padme costume. My older daughter has a fair Darth Vader outfit and the little one shall just be herself.

So...OK... No Anakin costumes for the POTC thing... Ok... I get the message...

Anyone ever watch MTV's Scarred show? OMG this is so wrong! They are showing the videos taken when some damned fool (usually a ST) attempts a really stupid stunt or just has a horrific accident during some activity....skateboarding, motocross etc.

Some guy just rollerbladed off a balcony and shattered his ankle and tibia!

I just want to say that if anyone is debating about watching DWTSs tonight....watch it!!!! The dancing by the 4 couples left has been fantastic tonight!!!

I watched the show last night and it was probably the best!

They are all coming into their own. I marvel at all the talent. I wish I could dance like that. It is going to be tough tonite to see who leaves.

Seriously??? Your nail polish lasts for 2 weeks?!?!??!

My nail polish lasts about 3 weeks(I use my own OPI colors) When I used to use their polish it would never last. When I go home to NY this weekend my sister and I will have an afternoon of pampering - mani and pedi and possible massage.

I have a big weekend coming up. I am flying up to NY this weekend. My nephew Russell(some of you may know my sister Elaine(lainie1222) who traveled with us on our 8/06 cruise.Her son is graduating college on Sunday with honors!. We are so proud of him.!

Here are a couple pictures from DS's first communion...even though the priest said no photos. Sorry but we got there way early & others had their cameras out and we were in the front row. I turned off the flash BTW & held the camera low so he didn't even see it.

Somehow DS got in the front and center position for the group picture...surrounded by pretty girls.
