Okay just got assigned morning for POTC. Now I will have to wait till 2:00 pm. before I see it.

Todd,are you getting paid for dressing up or are you paying someone to let you dress up??

all. DH talked me into joining the ranks. Was at the Disney store today and saw an Elizabeth Swan outfit (Asian one) for girls for $50. Plus the shoes and the headress...... It was beautiful, has anyone else seen it? My DD6 Austyn would make a beautiful Elizabeth.

OK why am I up at this hour? I am having my gas promotion this morning. $1 a gallon. Starts at 7am. Just spoke with my 3rd shift cashier--he said the customers have been driving him nuts all night. We have had police officers on the lot since 2am. Customers have been trying to camp out at the pumps since about 1 am. Each customer will save $38 today during the promotion.

First of all AI!!!!!! O---M---G!!!!!! Jordin was AMAZING last night!!!!! I enjoy Blake's bbopping but only the first song was good for him last night IMO. The second song was just blah and the last one had no business ever coming from his diaphram. He was flat at several points & looked extremely uncomfortable...especially apparent when he was bouncing up & down in the middle of the song. Let's just say I hope that he doesn't win so that he doesn't have to ever sing This is My Now again. They always have a song like that for the final song...so it's not like they purposely chose a song that he wouldn't be able to sing. Melinda would have sung it beautifully too. I know that some people are posting that Jordin has rich parents who have given her everything but I have to say SO WHAT? They can't buy her a voice that sounds like that. That is a gift.



Now for DWTS! WHOOOO-HOOOOOO!!!!!! I am so glad that Apollo and Julliane won!!! They are such a cute couple...I read that her engagement has been postponed. Engaged at 18??? How can you know what you want at that age? I would LOVE to see this year's tour.

I read last week she postponed her engagement!!! Could be Apollo is the reson??? I thought Joey was good but I was thrilled for Apollo. He was adopted at a very early age. Apollo over came a lot of hardships in his life. Appollo and Julliane do make a cute couple too!!!! She sure does not dance like an 18 year old!!! In fact, never looked like Julliane at any age.

Well I had to post something I could find in a pinch...I could post some of the stuff I have access to but (a) you couldn't see it behind our firewalls (b) if you could, then you work for us and (most important) (c) if I did that I would go to prison and thus miss the TOAL. That is soooooo not going to happen!

Yes, best not to risk missing the TOAL! I see you're in Colorado, which I think, explains much. I expect to see you and DH off in some corner discussing orbital mechanics at some point. He thinks it's fun to go the the website that lists when different satellites pass overhead and go outside at night to look for them.

As it is, he's already planning on having navigational charts and a GPS to plot our progress - as a lesson in navigation for the boys. I figure it'd be a better lesson if we could find someone who knows how to use a sextant. Now, that's a lesson, even I might be interested in.


Certainly with the variety of folks we have here someone knows how to use a sextant?? (Oh, M?? Do Coasties have to learn it?)

I dont know if what I did could be called sewing but I did use a needle and thread ...thought about using duct tape and super glue but I dont think it would have turned out right ...LOL

Oh, and about the senior pictures....Taryn's set us back around $300 Once you get the proofs it so hard to pick one or two poses so we ended up choosing the five poses pkg. And then there's the class ring, the senior prom, the senior trip to WDW, the license, the car......oh yeah, and for us parents....the poor house!

Senior pictures.....Got that covered...My co-worker takes beautiful shots...Now just to keep tabs on her for the next 4 yrs....

Class ring....ahh it not that expensive

Prom....I can do flowers (another former life) and my mom can sew whatever dress dd would want...

Senior Trip.... Guess i'll have to save some points for a 1 bedroom lockoff or 2 studios that year....

License/car....OK i'll admit if she wants those she'll need to get a p/t job to pay for it..... I was thinking of buying a scoooter for myself though and them DD could share use of my car and/or use scooter. The roads are local from here to her school so she'd be relatively safe.

Well, I knew that Melissa and I would get along well when I met you guys at the Goofy pool the first afternoon of the cruise and told her that we weren't too sure what to expect with you and your "CJS obsession." She seemed glad to hear someone else use that word. Just in case anyone else has been wondering about that...both Todd and Melissa are really nice people.

Obsession seems like such a bad word ....like add or something I like to use the word Passion ....it sounds a whole lot better

Well, since it is difficult to fit a cordless blender in your pocket, I'm going to go with flask.

I am actually donating my time ...they have the Cancer Society there and they wanted to use this chance to make a little money ...So they have me taken pictures for a donation ...Of course with 100 percent of the money going to the Cancer Society. I think its for Breast cancer ....So I think ole Captain Jack may do a few exam's himself ..... Just Joking ....
