For those wondering... Jakob won his Novice Juniors class at the dog show today. It's his third Novice win, so he'll have to move into Open competition now. It was quite the birthday present!! Though we've seen the last of his winning days for a while - probably a year or so. Competition in the Open classes is TOUGH!!

We also had a lovely time down at Monterey Bay Aquarium for the rest of this birthday trip. Didn't get back till 9pm. Time for bed!!

I haven't seen or heard anything about the weather in the northeast yet but I want to say to all who are travelling be careful out there.

Andy - you be care too walking.

We got horrific rain yesterday and the winds were 30MPH along with a tornado warning.

Just went outside to get my morning paper off the front sn*w covered lawn, what is all this about, it's April 16th and it's supposed to be SPRING!!!

Just went outside to get my morning paper off the front sn*w covered lawn, what is all this about, it's April 16th and it's supposed to be SPRING!!!

Andy, you got sn*w. I'm glad we are not getting any snow as of yet. Could you imagine if this rain was sn*w (jk). I'm not getting a paper today, and possibly tomorrow. I am stuck home with my inlaws, DH and DS. I have to depend on my employees to take care of things today, which I don't care to do too often.

Our car has more sn*w on it, then the ground does, the wind chill factor is 22* right now, I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo depressed this morning.

It's not a lot of sn*w, but it's still very depressing to look at on April 16th, and more is still falling from the sky................I just snapped this pic out my kitchen window a few minutes ago. It's the cold biting wind that really gets to you, which you can't see in the photo.

To everyone that got snow from this awful storm in the Northeast, please be careful on the roads. To any in the Northeast that got rain, including myself, be careful on the roads, as many are closed I just wish I could get out on the road.

I need to leave, I have to see how far the water came up my driveway. I'm sure I will be back later.
