This is what WDW looked like too! It was hard to manuver through the crowds. That was, until, I took out my "well protected sword". J/K of course, but that sure would have cut me a path now wouldn't it??

If it were the Captain's sword, I hear it barely would have nicked the guy in front of you.

I forgot my BLENDER for the meet!! Can you believe that?????? O'Blender accidently left the Blender at her front door in NJ!!!

I cannot do that for the TOAL!

I'd like to 'second' this thought...

.... it would indeed be a wonderful thing to have this be the case. And frankly, I can see it now... at 1AM there will be dozens of sleepy eyed DIS folk wandering the passage ways distributing fish hanging goodies... everywhere we look on the ship we'll see wandering patches of lime green clad folk... and on every deck as we come and go about we'll hear chuckles the faint sound of blenders runnin' behind closed doors every few paces! Yeah... cries of "TAKE WHAT YA CAN!!!" followed by the retort "GIVE NUTTIN' BACK!!!" will echo throughout the 2+ plus weeks on the ship plus pre and post cruise in LA and PC! It's gonna be a TOAL like no other.... I'm sure!

I am getting teary eyed as I read this. I know we are all going to have a good time. I feel now that I already know alot of you. We will have a blast with meeting for coffee at 3Am on deck 9. Do you think there will be a time for the blenders to rest, maybe when we are ashore. Meeting others in lime green scurrying the decks at nite fish hanging. The pre meeting at HOJO. And all of us just having fun on our TOAL!!!!

MaryRose - I am glad you got home safe.

I-95 on Saturdays and Sundays are notorious for having state police at every crossover in the middle that separates North & South. I see them everytime I get on 95S at Falmouth,VA. I am glad he didn't give you a ticket otherwise I would have had to make a phone call!!

Another bad spot is 64E heading towards the beach there is always a state trooper at mile marker 221. ALWAYS!!

1986!!!! Holy Moly I graduated in 1978 and I'm 46, so that means your in the 30's! I hate that J. R., so okay compared to YOU I had a senior moment!

And I know we can't believe we left the blender at the front door either!!! So then we bought a 12 pack of Mike's Hard Lemonades........and you know what? We never even opened the box!!!! Shame on us!

Both SWMBO and I will be 'celebrating' being 40 on the TOAL as she is slightly older than I, a fact I do not let her forget. One of the reasons we are doing this trip, as a matter of fact.

You need to be careful. Forgetting the blender, not drinking the alcohol you brought -- you are going to blow your image.

Hi All--arrived home safe and sound about 20 minutes ago and I will be heading to bed early tonight. It's been a L-O-N-G two days in the car, especially the first few hours today with a "ST" that had an attitude and it needed adjusting before we even got on the road this morning.................

Okay so I guess by now you're getting the picture that this was a "dry" family vacation. Well all week we were seeing people order drinks with the light up ice cube in them and our DD really wanted one. So on Thurs. night we went for a late dinner at Chef Mickey's. This was our last opportunity to get a drink with that light up cube so I ordered a Blue Tini (martini). I left home at 3:30 the Friday before, I ran by butt off, I fought crowds, I forgot my blender, I nursed my DS through a Stomach Virus.......I needed a Adult Libation and I needed it bad! Six days into my vacation I finally get to kick back, have a nice dinner and one, count 'em, one drink.........Here it comes, it's blue, it's glowing, it's gorgeous and it's calling my name.......MR, drink me, you deserve it......Now it's glowing and it attracts the attention of all the manic kids around us.......the kids are excited, my DD is excited, I am EXCITED!!!!........The SPT at the table next to us says excitedly to his Mom, "Mom, look at that, what is it????" The Mom says "Son, That's the Devil's Juice, the Devil's Juice, you don't want to know about that"

DEVIL'S JUICE!!! Okay, so now I'm an Alcoholic too!!!! Couldn't enjoy that drink then if my life depended on it!!!

I was not supposed to drink on this vacation. End of Story.

I was tempted to accidently on purpose dump that Devil Juice in the Righteous Woman's lap........WHOOPS!!!
