Good morning everyone!

Today we are leaving for Disney World. As soon as the girls get out of school we leave! Hurray. Very excited.:dance3: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

We will be meeting several fellow cruisers at the OKW Resort, Friday April 6, 2007. Should be fun!

Unlike Andy we will not be taking the lap top, so will be posting when we get back.

Hope everyone stays healthy!

:grouphug:

Pete, have a safe trip down. We are looking forward to meeting you on Friday! I am going to bring a dessert--maybe cake!

Have a great trip- Give Mickey my best!!

My mom makes really good creamed chipped beef gravy, I can't tell you how many times we had that for dinner growing up. Poor that over toast, yum! yum! It's the simple things in life that makes me happy.

It was so nice sitting around the dinner table last night watching my mom and her two brothers talk about old times. Many laughs were shared last evening. We were even thinking of my grandmother who would have turned 91 today, and how she must be looking down smiling at her three kids together again.

OK, I'm getting a bit mushy here, but I really do miss my gram, she was one special lady.

Not mushy at all . In fact, you had me strolling down memory lane myself......
I LOVE chipped beef on toast, 'cept we called it Sh** on a Shingle :rotfl: :rotfl: . When I described it to DH, he told me if I ever serve it to him for dinner, he'll divorce me  . Haven't had it in 20 years. BTW, we used to love it over boiled potatoes too :goodvibes - YUM!!!

Andrew

Did you watch Louis Theroux on BBC2 tonight ?? :scared1: :scared1:

David

I love this guy. He used to be on cable (forget which network) a few years ago, then he just disappeared. It was one of my favortie shows!!! That guy can get away with anything when he interviews - Love it

One side of the globe is awakening, another going to bed. The latter would be me. Good night/good morning!!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I think I am going to fit in around here ;)

Hi Mary Ann

Guess what, the Thin Mints didn't make it on the trip, they got eaten a few days before we left............................:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Heck, you say!!!! I'd send you more, but none left at my house either :goodvibes :goodvibes

So who is on your Disney Visa? And does it say anything about you?

I have the original one(red Mickey). Other than paying off the transfer balance I used to open it with, I have never used it. I got that "Day 1" pin though .

One MUST have one's priorities in order!! :thumbsup2

But to be TRULY on the ball, the map would also have information about hours and selection (because for people on a TOAL, money is no object!)

Actually money IS an object. If it wasn't, we wouldn't need the famouse O'Blender and O'Backpack. We could all just drink $7 frosty goodness from the bars.

So who is on your Disney Visa? And does it say anything about you?

We have SB Castle. I want Tink, but since both cards for an account need to be the same, DH vetoed it.

What does it say about me? I like Disney!

Actually we rack up points by charging everything and paying it off 2x a month, and I don't think a week goes by that a cashier doesn't tell me about his/her family's first trip to DL or WDW.

:woohoo: :woohoo: Just got a call from DU. We got upgraded on our cruise this Saturday! We had connecting SPH rooms (cat 10) now we have connecting 7's with the nav. verandahs. What a way to start the day:)

Congrats, that sounds fantastic.

We use it for day to day purchases and pay off at end of everymonth. Since DCL takes it for the on-board account, its like an extra credit.....:cool1:

Guess DH isn't manly enough to withstand a Tink card? :rotfl2: :rotfl: pirate:

I actually have Tink (the red Mickey/pixie dust is unreadable...) .... BUT, for your benefit, call the card people and they will tell you that you can get 2 Tinks and he just keeps his old card and you get 2 different ones that way..... (all 4 will be active)

Lucky you - we had the SPH on the 10 day Southern last year and I wasn't that impressed - great location though :thumbsup2

David

That is great! :thumbsup2

I'm within 3 pounds of my 10% weight loss goal ..... That and better will do for me! :woohoo:

Hello everyone!

I haven't been on for over a week. Busy with work. I want to congratulate you on your weight loss. 3 lbs away from 10%.:thumbsup2 I am down 26.4 lbs since last Monday. 3.6 lbs loss this week. I go to the meetings on Monday. So it keeps me honest on the weekend!!

50th Anniversary Castle. But am thinking of changing to the vintage Mickey, unless they come out with one that has the ships on it, since that's what is charged on there.

Sorry about that, haven't figured how to insert that info on Google Earth yet....

N/A sadly as we are on a campaing to rid ourselves of credit cards! :woohoo: Now if they were to offer a Disney debit card, well then it would be Tinkerbell or the Pixie Dust.

yep, micme2003,
"i sorta pay "ahhh" attention to lil' details & stuff like that. what's
that's tom jones song...it's not unusually to find :rolleyes1 "

:magnify: the princess: :bride: makes cruising very interesting.
make no mistake about it, i am old fashioned to a fault, & i
enjoy watching the scenery...in apprication for all God's gifts.

[remember when i first posted? i sorta made the observation on
last cruise..and how nice i thought the people here were!. no
jive, by far..were the largest percentages of having fun,
but also the nicest.....now if you really knew me...i
kindness..it is something i think is the :cool2: ! there is something
to be enjoyed about traditions. i really get into all the formal
dressing ups on the cruises..it so neat watching everyone putting
on the ritz...there something to toast , ladies & gents, with their
kiddies in toll...* if everyone went naked..life would become boring
in an instance!

so my points of interests were combining what others are revealing
in themselves and in pics...( i guess its from working many years in
an intensive care unit...noticing lil'details..:wizard: ) &

....life is good but i'm no fool...things can/will changed. [ george
benson's in flight album], however, my primary references are
not so much ...making eye candy judgments...as they are toward
recognizing how beautiful you are inside....my dear departed father,
"it's muxh better to have "character" then to be one"..:rolleyes1

* art was said to be undefinable by a single defintion...but isn't
it the ways man decorates the world? ...[ i got points for that in
art apprication class....] * again...on cruises, esp. on formal
nights...i really appricate all the dressing up including my lil' miss
cutie pie...however, i have learned thru experiences, i stay away
from our room the hour before...when she getting all doll up. pirate:
