Actually Peter, the laptop was behind me...............

I was laying on the floor watching TV, being all nice and comfy................

and you missed the chance for 3 in a row... you should know better than to be away from DIS so long....

For us, it is about 20 driving hours. We do stop about every 2 to 3 hours, if nothing more just to get out of the car and stretch for about 10 or 15 minutes. These bodies aren't as young as they used to be................

When I was in college, I made it from Trenton, NJ to Boca in under 19 hours including stops. I'm told this wasn't possible....

Excellent! Sometimes when I've hit a plateau, if I take one weekend, and eat whatever I want, it somehow jump starts the metabolism.
Or you could try the "fish and asparagus" thing for a couple of days. Eating only that for a couple of days puts you back into ketosis. (fat-burning)

Oh I love fish and asparagus. I could eat fish every day if I could.Asparagus I love as well.Maybe I'll try that.
