Speaking of , I want to thank all of you for your encouragement regarding my death defying baking adventure last night. Despite all my best efforts to burn down the house I did manage to produce a very edible cake. It may not have been the prettiest birthday cake (I tried to frost it when it was still too warm) but it was yummy if I do say so myself!

I made a chocolate bundt cake the other day, but I tried to get out of the pan before it cooled completely & it broke in two. I'm really famous for making what I call my "volcano cakes".

Spring of 91 was Adam's 1st trip to meet THE MOUSE! Yes, LG it does in many ways seem like yesterday. Adam was 2 in these pics.

Aw that is so neat to have for wonderful memories. One of these days, I'm going to learn how to scrapbook!

Paula, seeing the pics of Adam during his first WDW trip reminded me of the countdown chart I made for Angelina. We started counting down the last 100 days leading up to our October 1993 vacation, each day a Disney sticker was added to the chart. We were potty training Angelina and told her in order to see Mickey she had to be wearing "big girl panties" by the time we left for vacation. The chart below worked!!!!!!!!!

OMG she's so cute & what a great idea! My DS was pretty much potty trained at 2 until we went to WDW, but the automatic flushes scared him so much that he wouldn't go near the toilet after that. I finally took his clothes off one summer & he had no choice but to run to the toilet or go all over the floor. It worked!

I agree with Andy - I am a morning person. Once I wake up I am up. Have to make coffee and let the dog outside. When I come back in the coffee is done, dog goes back to sleep in her bed and I go on the boards! What a life!

Just got a call from the vet. Kaiya's stomach was normal and everything looked good so they were able to tack it down to prevent any future problems. She came out of general just fine. She'll be coming home tomorrow afternoon.

I can't tell you how relieved we are.

Three of the five annual performance evaluations are complete. Now, I just have to get through the auction...

I am sorry I haven't posted for awhile. I have been reading and trying to keep up except for the last day or two. Those days I couldn't even read because everytime *I* came to the board it was down for upgrades for hours! I told y'all I have bad luck! I must have been coming here everytime it was down.

I also lost all my quotes I was saving to multi-quote. They didn't show up when I clicked now to make a post.

I have been very busy lately and if anyone has said they miss me- thank you, I am just behind on my reading now since the board was down so much, atleast for me?

I do have some good news though!!!!

I didn't quote the whole thing BIP, but just wanted to say that I'm glad things are getting better for you & congrats to your DD! That is a wonderful accomplishment!!!

I ran into our "favorite" Panera Bread for a very quick bite to eat at about 5PM. I was there maybe 20 minutes max. The program started at 6PM and by 7:30PM I was on my way back home. Annette has the flu and I didn't want to leave her too long. I did think about you all when I stopped there. Next time I'll call!

We eat at Panera about once a week around here. It's DD's favorite! So sorry to hear that Annette is sick!

Don't worry about posting a question that may have been posted before. We just call those groundhogs and then answer - that's what we're all here for.

Now in response to your question - I have never been on a repo, I've only been on a 3 day back in Dec. There are, however several people on here who have done the repo before, including AndrewDerekUK and PBader to name two. AndrewDerekUK has scanned the navigators from the first EB Repo and there are links in the first post.

Don't stop telling us though... so far mega cheap paper and now cheap batteries. Apparently Lisa has the same family dynamics as myself because so far everything she's shown a deal for has been things we go thru like hotcakes around here!

I'm not surprised. Like I said, for awhile now everytime I come to the disboards it's down. It's been down a lot for "repairs" or upgrading lately... get it over with already, even if they have to leave it down for a day or two, just get it over.

There are, however several people on here who have done the repo before, including AndrewDerekUK and PBader to name two. AndrewDerekUK has scanned the navigators from the first EB Repo and there are links in the first post.

And on a seperate note - my notebook remains DEAD. And I know where it came from. I was trying to download a video and I did not take the warning from my anti-virus and Windows filter that said it was an out of date certificate. It downloaded a virus that changed my home page to a spyware selling page - and it loaded a bunch of garbage on my notebook. Oh well...

My pal says these people do this to get folks to buy their pirated spyware program that probably is a hacked and reskinned version of something else. Or they might simply be identity thieves. Either way - they were most likely off-shore and not easily caught or punished. I'm having my personal files pulled off and the drive reimaged and everything reloaded. However, most of the images will go into storage.

Oh well... I'm at a hotel using my spouses' notebook while I have access to it.

I'm gonna start reading backwards from here to see what I've missed these past few days...
