Congrats to your DS! DH graduated in 1990. College of Engineering.

Blacksburg is such a beautiful town!! The Engineering school is just Awesome. Daniel applied to the Pamplin School of Business. It was much easier to get in there when I went!! (I graduated in 79 Pamplin School). Your DH and my DS had a much harder time of it!

Daniel won't be with me on this EB (he will be in his sophmore year at that point). That is why I am doing the WB....just with him. It leaves PC 2 days after he finished exams for his freshman year. We are doing EB so my DD13 and DD10 (who will be in school during the WB) can see the canal!

I win the game as I get to do both!!

Yes they do its on the starboard side as we go through it, and they had a person giving a running commentry as we went through.

They encourgaged the Captain to sound the Disney ships horn.

Everyone form the ship were shouting out Hola!!

Locals were also out in car parks, on the bridges etc, I think all ships must be interesting to them, but the Disney ship will be very special and word would get around. You hear them shout Mickey!

We watched the Magic go thru the PC in 05. Apparently the camera operator got so many emails from us and was a Disney fan he trained the camera on the ship and did closeups. It was so exciting. My DH and I were glued to the computers. I still have the video on of the disers made.It's also on Youtube

My DW Helen phone Virgin Holidays a few days ago and they said the brochure for LA next August will not be out until late July this year.

It seems a bit late - what do you think ??

It will be the USA brouchure and yes it usually comes out late July, I contacted them last month in advance and they wouldnt consider my request this time, so I will consider Virgin Atlantic or British Airways for the open jaw flight.
