MR- good thoughts and prayers to you and John.

Todd- the video was priceless. I needed a good laugh today and that it!

Andy- if I need a bear, I know the lady to see!

How in the good Lords name is Sanjaya still in the Final 11 of AI?

Along with the piercing, we had to buy big silver hoop earrings, "because that's what everyone wears!" She can't wait till the 6 weeks are up so she can put them on. What the heck happened to my little girl? Who stole her? :scared:

Diane....please please encourage her to wait longer before wearing hoops. I remember that age and waited that 6 wks to wear just small dangly wire earrings... Got the worst infection ever....

I'd tell her to wait longer, honestly...

Good Evening Everyone!!! Happy Wednesday!!

I came home from work tonight and immediately fell asleep.....

I dozed off also woke up to find the computer off and still on my lap.

Tomorrow my DH is having MOHS surgery on a basal cell carcinoma on his left temple. A specialist referred him to yet another specialist in Princeton NJ because the lesion is laying on the nerve that controls the forehead. Now he's had a few lesions removed over the years, so the surgery isn't scaring him, but he idea that he may no longer have control over his forehead muscles has him concerned. Well I am worried about him and my first reaction.....fall into a dead sleep! Please keep good thoughts for John tomorrow, the procedure may take many hours. Thanks!

Kathy I agree with you about Sanjaya :sad2: But I will say that Diana Ross's red gown was to die for! How the heck old is she? She looks FABU!!!

I just got back from taking my DD (12) to get her hair cut. She had over a foot of hair cut off & she donated it to Locks for Love. It was down to her lower back & is now just below her shoulders. Wow what a change!

The other day we went & got her ears pierced. It's funny because she was holding out & adamant that she was "Never getting holes" in her ears. Well out of the blue she comes home from school and says, "I want my ears pierced!" Okaaaay. :confused3 I guess she looked around in school & she said, "Mom every single girl has her ears pierced! And I mean every one! I didn't see one girl that didn't have holes in her ears or earrings on!" Along with the piercing, we had to buy big silver hoop earrings, "because that's what everyone wears!"

Well its back to reality. Just got off the Wonder. Off the ship at 7:30 and home by 9:30. Had a great 3 day cruise with just DH and I. Weather was great. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the quiet cove pool and Serenity Bay for the first time in 6 cruises. Also going out to the adult activities at night and hearing pagers going off and knowing they werent ours was really cool too. Had such a good time that we booked another 3 day for 2008 for DH and I.

I wont even bother trying to catch up on what I missed the last 3 days!!!!

That sounds heavenly!:cloud9:

Amazing. She looked great! I want the name of her plastic surgeon cause that is quality work. She doesn't look constantly surprised like some of the poor butchered women who've had bad facelifts. She just looks fresh and youthful.

Isn't her husband a plastic surgeon?

Well guess what happened today at work......It looks like I might be getting another boss...well who cares about that.......but wait, maybe this will be good......maybe they'll be under 80-years-old, know how to use computers and not walk around dropping the "F" bomb all day (and other bombs too, if you know what I mean ;) ). They tell me the candidates are on the younger side GREAT. So in comes the candidate, I wait as they walks down the hall where I sit that I lovingly refer to as Death Row (no explanation needed here) .....will it a man or a woman? have a kind face or a grumpy one?...here they come.....here they come.......oooh it's a man......oooh he looks kinda mean......OH NO......HE'S AS OLD AS METHUSELAH!!!! Good Night Irene I GIVE UP!

Will have to 'ketchup' later as I can not DIS and watch LOST at the same time.popcorn::

Just how many people here have a DH (or DW) who is one of 10??? DH was in college when he found out his DM was expecting number 9. He didn't talk to her for a month! Number 10 came a couple years later. Here I thought having 3 brothers and a sister was a lot.:upsidedow

DH has 5 and I have 2.

OK, just about ketch-ed-up...

So this has been a week!!!
Glad tomorrow's Thursday...:thumbsup2

I can't find the Cap'n Mickey.:confused3

Those are so cute Caroline. My tree is the same way, DS asks every year or so, MOM, can we just have a regular tree.:confused3 Don't know what he means.
