Following our group photo in Dec, We had people literally lining up to have their picture with Todd... and at dinner there were people complaining cause he didn't go to their table...

Just a quick post to say...........that Johnny Depp is one FINE lookin' man!!!

I just got back from taking Angelina to her school musical practice, just as I returned the phone was ringing, it was the manager from B-a-B, he wants to see Angelina tomorrow afternoon at 4pm for a more in depth interview. He also said Angelina did quite will with the 100 question survey she took this afternoon!!!

Now, if you could keep good thoughts and say prayers for Hazel. She started having severe IBS attacks after we arrived home from dinner tonight. Hazel has an appointment to see our family doc this Thursday. She first starting having IBS attacks in December 2004, then they stopped in February on 2005, never had anymore problems until just a few weeks ago, now they are getting more severe again.

Thanks Paula. She is a pretty incredible woman. She lived on her own up until last August when she broke her hip. She is pretty much completely healed, but Aunt (her daughter) who lives in the SF area feels more comfortable leaving her in the Assisted Living home since she is not here to look after her. My father passed away 11 years ago, so he's not here to put in any comments. She would be back in her own house, but it is a two-story and the only bathroom is on the second floor. My grandfather actually built that house in 1938. Didn't have the foresight to put that second bath in - and they had 3 kids.

She takes one day at a time and doesn't let anything get to her. She'll remember the past but not dwell over it. I remember when my mom died (5 years ago), she didn't want to come down and see her. She later said that she wanted to remember her like she always was, not sick.

She says I don't have the Belgian blood in my. I told her thanks, guess I'll be gone by my mid-70's like all the other men in my relation then.

Great news about Angelina. That sounds very promising. Hopefully tomorrow at this time you will be telling us she got the job.

Does Hazel still have a Gallbladder? If she does, make sure they rule that out at her Dr visit. I had problems that came and went for years that i always chalked up to sorta IBS but then it all came to a head two years ago.

Funny thing about those prices, I just picked up milk at Wal-Mart for $1.79. Now either the gov't is really keeping that price down or really propped it up in the 70's.

Looks like eggs are too far out of line either.

Keeping good thoughts for Hazel.

Is there any chance that she could be having gall bladder attacks brought on by things like greasy/rich foods or foods with lots of fiber like salads? Ask Hazel to make a list of what she eats for the next few days just to see if there's any sort of pattern.

What about the possibility of Crone's Disease?

Thanks Roger!!! Our doc called in two presciptions for Hazel, I have to go pick them up at CVS when they are ready. The doc said other than the IBS, she is in great shape, Hazel had a CBC done yesterday, and all the test results came back just fine!!!

Hazel is in bed resting.

Andy, so glad you were able to get Hazel in tonight. Hope the meds help. IBS can feel like a really helpless condition. Is Zelnorm one of her meds?
I've heard some pretty good stuff about that one.
