Not open yet to order.... ummmm ... technical issues... ummmm... see, we didn't want to repeat Sunday nights experience for T-shirts....

(ok, Esteri allowed her life to come ahead of all of us, she's entitled, plus, there was a WDW trip in there:thumbsup2 )

But it will be up and running later this week.
WDW trip is an excellent reason:thumbsup2 I can wait:confused3

With the exception of one, I have the highest compliments for the way I was treated by DCL and the politeness and helpfulness of thier customer service and other staff.

Yes, I'm much happier today, sleep works wonders.
:thumbsup2

If my kids go to Mass and confession on the cruise, does that absolve them of missing the first week of school? :confused3

If we volunteer Little Enna Jr. to do a reading a Mass, do you think the principal (SSJ) would accept that for an excused absence?
Works for me:rolleyes1

Ok I have a question for all of you....we were in a Cat. 9 with a room assignment on deck 1. I was on the DCL website this morning and saw that there were Cat. 8 cabins available. After a quick phone call to my TA to see if we could move our Cat. 9 cabin (we weren't too thrilled to be on deck 1, but were thrilled to at least be on this cruise), or upgrade to a Cat. 8, we decided that the difference in price was reasonable and upgraded to the Cat. 8 GTY. He assured me that we wouldn't be any lower of a category than Cat. 8. I hope I made the right decision. What do you guys with the utmost wisdom regarding all things DCL think?:confused3

We had a cat 8 on deck 5 for our first cruise in 2002. It was great:thumbsup2

WDW has quite a smell in summer
Great! :sad2: I was just telling the girls how much I miss the smell of Main Street.

Coral, maybe we can say howdy when you are in town.

I would really like that. We will be at the Wilderness Lodge without a car but would love to be able to meet y'all! :thumbsup2

When are you going?

We are going June 21st through the 26th.

I am only bringing wicking shirts and hats! :)

Might wanna bring some shorts too.;)
Oops! Good point.

I'm in Orlando for work the 22 to 26.....

Yell if you think you will be around WDW. You will probably be in the same shape I am w/ no car or you will be too busy but it would be nice being able to have a meet and greet ahead of time.
I feel like I am the only one that does not know anyone. I know Ohana Family (David and Robin) through DIS Meets through the years but that is it.
But- I also know it will take no time at all for all of us to be like old friends. :thumbsup2

What time are you coming in and leaving on the 26th???

How about an "All American Melting Pot" category? Sounds better than "mutt" (for my beloved dog Linus I prefer "mixed breed" anyway and I always point out to my girls that we are all mixed breeds too) . . .

I've called myself a "Heinz 57"

I really hope 'mousehouseman' refrains from commenting on this. It's the type of setup that could get John in trouble for a long time...
I would think he is used to that by now;)

Does anyone have information about hotel discounts in San Pedro on Saturday 8/16?
We are at the Doubletree in San Pedro and found the AAA rate to be cheaper than the group rate. With the Tall Ship Festival you want to get something soon though.

My Dad (may he rest in peace), used to call me his, "homely little whop"!! It really was said with the utmost affection......I think :scratchin :scratchin :rotfl:
My brother used to call me "ugly" with affection and when a friend at college called me that (jokingly) I just got this wave of homesickness:lmao::lmao:

J.R. dear John is always in trouble anyway. :sad2:

That's what I told em:thumbsup2 ;)

Waiting for the finals of DWTS. didn't Disney fly Joey and Kim out to the Med last year? Think they will do the same with the LA cruise???.As soon as this is over need to dash to the airport.

This is exactly what I was thinking, since Disney owns the show!

Coral,

We would love to get together sometime! There is a family from Ft Worth on this cruise and I had PM'd them but, they aren't interested in getting to know anyone.... I think they had a ds around my ds's age and I thought it would be nice...... Oh, well.

Isn't BBB near us?

I live near 360........
