I finally got in and managed to get all the excursions, a Palo dinner and spa. Of course brunch and tea are closed out, but I was amazed that after an hour of this nonsense I was suddenly in and had no problem booking. Okay, just another 2.5 hours before I have to be up for work. Yawn!!

I really am just so sad that this is such a mess. I was so excited for this trip until tonight. If we don't get to do anything we want, eat in Palo, etc... I am not sure it is worth it. That's saying a lot considering how much I need a vacation!

I just got back in and got a palo dinner...which I'm happy about, but I actually prefer brunch....oh well can't complain at least I got one

OK For you who are not succesful in getting to see the cliff divers at Acapulco, I am prepared to jump in the Mickey pool from the slide, for a few bucks each, It will give you the idea, and me my Room service,tip money.

It wasn't for me either but after 70 minutes of trying to get into resies and being shut out of palo with error messages that was the only thing the stupid DCL would let me do. I figured I would rather have something to show for staying up this late to book.

I totally agree, Lisa. At least we accomplished something.

When you get the error that your reservation cannot be retrieved it takes 30 minutes for it to clear out before it will reset itself

How do you know this?

I was in and had a spot but then it kicked me out and by the time I got back it was full oh well have to try at 75 days
off to work now

Not true. Took around 5-10 minutes and I was booking again.

Joy, don't be discouraged. They hold so many Palo reservations for when we board, I have never had a problem getting the time and days that I want....for any meal. I did not get any brunches or teas tonight either, but I am not even phased in the slightest. I will be able to have brunch on my birthday....not worried.

How come there is no scuba diving in cartegena? LOL that is seriously the only port I can't find anything we'd like to do- so might as well let Jeff scuba dive but noooo that's not available. is scuba diving not allowed in cartegena or what?

Try booking it on your own. The diving down there should be fantastic. He can find a buddy.

I'm all done so I had to pop over here to reassure myself that I wasn't the only one who had a long (and frustrating) night. I use the low bandwidth version so Mickey just floats in place instead of swimming. For those who might still be having trouble, switch to low bandwidth and it might help. Things were slow, but I got almost everything I needed eventually. Now it's time for bed...the cats are lurking and staring at me like "Why are you up so late? Why are you pounding on that funny box?"
