Congrats Stace!!!

Looks like you and Desiree had fun tonight (not Mike:sad1: , he is on the troublemaker list with me)

Hope that it is this easy on the 19th.

The sad part is that none of us is done yet. We all have non-concierge rooms to book for also! :headache:

Tomorrow I'll type out my e-mail to concierge and see if they can add the other Moms on to what I've booked....they did tell me that they would do that.
But I was hoping to get a 2nd dinner at Palo for their room....I doubt that will slide even with concierge.

I think the ONE thing that I'm most excited about.....we booked our Palo dinner for Canal night....just before dark....so we'll have an awesome view as it all lights up!!

We celebrated May Day in the Kindergarten yard yesterday. Happy May Day Everyone!!

Really nice photos, Esteri. Thanks for sharing. What a wonderful family moment for you.

I hope everything works out for everyone on the 19th..it was pretty easy and the wish list wored..except when the tour I chose and put on my wish list no longer existed!

Michelle2....my advice for you if you want to book the Sea Lion and Signature Dolphin in PV is to do it first thing....then book your Palo or other excursions.

This is Michelle, I am on another computer that my daughter was logged into.
I was thinking this as well as I was reading your posts....Aye Carumba, I cannot believe they are already gone for you guys when you were on first thing! I guess I can always get Palo on the boat...lol

About the knife thing. ...... They do scan the luggage. I intend to bring a manicure set which has the clipper in it. Hopefully that will do the trick.

I took a little pair of manicure scissors on our cruise last August. I had them in a medical box in our checked luggage. Didn't have any problem with airport or Port security. Will be bringing them again this time.

Two words,

Second word ''HELL'':scared1:

I thought I was doing well buying eight bottles of booze in adance of the cruise.

We have budgeted the following -
~$600 for tips (already on our stateroom account)
~$10 for Acapulco Fort entry fee
~$200 for PV Zipline (prepaid already)
~$150 for DCL Cartagena tour
~$10 for laundry

Nothing for photos, nothing for drinks. None of the other ports we have set plans for so don't anticipate spending any large amounts of money so maybe $10-$20 for each of those. We'll most likely eat on board - can't see any point paying for food onshore when we've already paid for the food on the ship :rotfl:

I am not sure which Cartagena tour you were looking at but wanted to let you know that the Deluxe Cartegena is not showing on the actual booking screen....it's still in the list of excursion on the regular screen tho

We liked the sound of the Historic Cartagena Old City Walking Tour or our 2nd choice is the Spanish History & Fort of San Jose de Bocachica.

Else we'll just do a 3rd party one or else just wander around on our own.

Hi all,

I'm finally climbing aboard... the DIS Board. Been lurking for months but just haven't had the time to sit down and formally introduce myself. Please forgive this old pirate!

This is our 4th Disney cruise. I'm Amy and I'm cruising with my DS - Matt. We have a GTY-4 for now with late dinner. We're still mulling over the excursions and trying to decide which ones we want to do. :scratchin

We've signed up at the Pirate Zone and been reading up on all the activities. Wow, ya'll have been busy with the planning!

We're celebrating two graduations -- Matt from high school and mine from college.

Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Amy

PS: Mike, Sara, and Lexi in SF

Welcome to the cruise and welcome to the deck 8 club.

I feel safer tonight knowing that Doctor Who is looking out for us now that we provide commercial income for the BBC . . .:thanks: :thanks: :thanks: :thanks:

Oh yes, this is one of the few BBC programmes that actually makes a net profit, they get in more than they spend on it, our toy shops are full of DW stuff.

So you are entitled to protection money.

Who was looking into the "Mr. Emerald" private tour for Cartagena? I looked to see if there was some info on the Pirate Zone but couldn't locate it.

I would like to find out more?

Okay...all done. Whew. Except it obviously won't let me book the ladies in the Cat 4, so I'll have to e-mail concierge to add them.

There will be BRUNCH every day at sea at 10:30 and at 11:00

Only ONE PALO dinner per room.

Will organize my list of the excursions that already booked the 105 day allotment. They'll release more to reserve at the 90 day mark. Back with that in a second.

But....
Everything is still available in Acapulco and Aruba and on Castaway Cay....even Cabana Massages.

Back in a minute. Gotta get that wine.

By the way..the Acapulco Cliff divers is at 7:45 am

I just have to do this before returning to my regular posting.

This is my 17,000th post on the DIS!!!

Congrats on all booking, thank you for updates, and congrats on 17K

Sounds good.

On another note - there's a category 12 available again tonight - $5197.58 for 2.
