Late night for me - the first in a while. Just wanted to let everyone know that the traitor as returned amongst you. The guilty one? Me!

DH and I attended a DIS meet for the WB which leaves in 3 weeks!!!

What is even scarier is that DH hasn't gotten the flights yet! Double

I was going to buy then when he said no he'd do it - but he got sidetracked. In the meantime, I haven't even begun to pack. I'm toying with the idea of just taking clean underwear and then going shopping! I know where 3 outlets centers are just outside WDW. Wonder if the sales over there are as good as any I can get around here.

Oh - on a note - UGG has put out some rubber-soled flip flops with sheepskin bottems instead of just the flip flop straps. Those are rubber but the insoles are sheepskins. AND they come in many colors. Norsdstroms has only 3 colors but some independent sellers around here have a myriad of colors - one store had over 8 colors!

OK - forgot to mention - they cost $30. Which sounds like a lot for flip flops but they have a long shelf life - the bottom is hard rubber. DD got brown and I got black. They run a bit big - I wear an 8 but the guy told me to get a 7 so they run kinda like the standard UGGs.

Need all your prayers. DS ran away today. Going on 6 hours now. He finally called and I was able to activate the GPS on his phone. He's about 20 miles away. My brother is going to try to find him.

My brother found DS. He's going to take him to his house for the night and try to figure out what's bothering him.

If it weren't for the GPS locator service on the phone, we would not have any idea where he was. His cell service just started offering it last week, thank goodness.

Just make an appointment to get the things scratched off your list. We also paid alot of $$ for the one way ticket but at least we have a flight for now.

Monica: Prayers and PD for your family. My DS just did the same thing last week. Although he didn't "runaway" and he is 17 he just didn't come home for 2 days. I can honestly say I know the emotional roller coaster your on. My DS wen't somewhere he shouldn't have been. Hang in there. It will get worse before it gets better. Your brother sounds like a great support.........

Sorry didn't make it to chat. Cooking all day and barely making it thru some TV shows.
I found the mother lode of the POC sunblock. Bought a few for Cheryl. The DT in Apopka had the entire endcap full of them. It is a really big store and I had a hunch they would carry it.

Yes the lovebugs should start about now. The thing with them is you get so desensitized and don't even realize they are flying around you. It is not until you see their remains all over the car you realize they have come back.

Well calling it a night.

I din't know what the "lovebugs" were till moving to SC. They drive me nuts !! I won't be outside when they are, they fly into my hair. I was told they have short season..........still waiting for it to end.

We just booked Sept 2 flight from MCO to OAK - $155/pp. Too bad I didn't see M's post about the 15% off. Oh well.

Now I just have to decide if it's worth it to buy WDW tix for 1.5 days...

Yippeee!! We booked our return flight home!!! $115 from MCO to SMF (Sacramento) on the 6th!

We are PIF - have our flight to LA (United has changed the times 3 times already) and now we have our flight booked home!!

It's getting that much closer!

Those are great prices !! We don't have southwest. We paid over $400 for 2 people, one way to LA. We couldn't get anything here or should I say at least within reason so we are flying out of Charleston.

Would anyone care to share a 5 day hopper pass?

DH and i would need 2 days (for friday and saturday).

It sure would be cheaper to split with someone since DL doesn't do the biometric scanning thing.

I wish but we aren't flying untill late the day before. No Disneyland for us.

I am so excited - I ordered a FE today from Ebay....Although I can sew..I'm not that good and I figured out that the cost of the fabric (x2 or x3 - when I have to go back and buy more) and my frustration - not to mention the wear and tear on my poor DH and DD...it was worth money to me to order it! It will have pirate mickeys on it and it's in lime green!

Now..if I could just get with it and start planning the rest of the trip... of course..it's not yet August 16th..I still have plenty of time! I'm sure I won't be the only one up at 10 p.m. on that Saturday night trying to pack!

I was hoping I could expedite the reservation process by narrowing my choices now. DCL has other ideas.

Well I have my passporter 2008 now, and have been going through, the DCL website and local guides to narrow stuff down.

Cabo and Puerto Vallarta, are organized DCL private tours, (PV with Diane/allshookup ) Acapulco, may walk to the fort and market by my own, may do a DCL tour not sure,Cartagena flipping back and forth on 2/3 DCL trips, Aruba, working on something there. Maybe DCL, maybe not, Taxis and bus services there are very good.
