Luckily, Scuba Jim isn't going, only his DW is....but someone else...Lorri?? said they would have a camera ready at all times.....(but they have to find us first!! )

No first hand knowlege....honest.. ....but the tables ARE pretty sturdy! Bolted to the floor, I think.....

I figured it would only be a matter of time before the other airlines followed United's lead. I would expect that we will be seeing this from Delta, American, Contiental and Northwest shortly.

We're booked with Frontier to LA and American form FL.

I am so bummed they are not offering the REAS package. I was hoping to suprise my fiance with it since it will be our Honeymoon. Now I will have to research to see what other romantic ideas I can come up with, I am far from creative!!!

That sucks that the airline is charging for the second bag now, flying just got even more expensive. Ugh.

On our last cruise I ordered a "Romance Basket". It included a box of Ghiridelli chocolates,2 DCL Robes and a very nice 8x10 Silver Picture Frame in a really nice wire basket. I'm pretty sure they still offer it.

Probably no one is going to thank me for this information but.............Dreyers sells Samoas (my favorite ), Thin MInts (Megan's favorite) and .... Tagalong ice cream. They are incredible!!!!
I am enjoying the Samoas now.

I have a question for the Disneyland experts out there.

We're looking at getting 5 day Hopper tickets for August. I see that right now they have a 5 day for the price of a 3 day, but that it's only good through April 24th.

Do you think that they'll run any other promotion like that for August?

My guess is probably not since summer is high season, but I figured I'd ask your opinions.

MIke - your pretty much SOL in August. But you can always check with Triple A. Sometimes they run specials.

You should have seen our garage a couple of days ago. Cherie is cookie mom for Austyn's troop. We must of had 200 CASES of cookies in the garage. Good test for my will power. Just thinking though I am sure we ordered a couple of boxes of Tagalongs. They wouldn't miss a couple of boxes would they.

I know none of the other Escaping Moms are as mean as my husband taking blackmail video. I only take video of Lisa at her Gymnastic Meets and lately I have been begging Matt (DS) to do that for me.

Rolling cooler alert!!!

Mine arrived today! It is just perfect. I was looking at the ones at target and they did not fold up...

One item off the list.

Sam's Club has a folding soft sided cooler that holds up to 52 cans and a foldaway rug sack attached to the top for other stuff. It ran me $25.

About the size of a laptop. Wait - I'll post some pictures in a bit if anyone isn interested. They came in blue and the red I had. The drawback? The wheels are plastic hard kind not the rollerblade ones. It does have the telescoping handle though so that was a big plus.

actually,i had no idea...that one could request tablemates?

..of course, there might..be alot...who really are scared...&
in worst case scenerio..i' blaming the el captain' crash.

..now since, we first book..we put a request...in with du,
for second seating..@ 8pm...& whoever..are the unlucky table partners
having to put up with ...my "monsters"...wasn't a major concern for
us [ well, we stuck with them..no matter what..]

however, dear mismce: this could be an issue...if we change now, are
we more likely to lose..our first request? and how does disney decide
these types of requests..thinking there are other groups? or even versus
families' requests? [ does more of a group have a better chance? ]

..in the begining...i had no idea..how this work....and i am not sure
how the group tables..being decided? [ i never asked..anyone..
because..of not really knowing....so i know its late now.] gerffic
's gang...were kind enough to mentioned...to me ...(but that's much
like talking to a brick wall)..so i don't kno where they're at on
their seatings...& there's alot of people..in /out ..that i am not
sure of ....bascially , we are trying for the 8pm seating, & then taking
it from there. that is, the 5 of us @ the same table.
