Money, I need to go get cash.. How can I forget that. I do most things via a card now a days..And I have a CC for the ship.. Someone get me a list.
I could only find a KODAK water camera...Was looking for the fuji with none to be found.

Ok need to get to bed . Have to run in the morning instead of night time tomorrow. I hope we dont have rain. My son has a bottle and can drive for his boy scout project. We are in Central NY and we have had no rain or storms. I am worried about JET BLUE cancelling as well.. but our flight is for the way home on Sept 1.

Oh my- I almost forgot cash too! Thanks for reminding me! Another thing to remember tomorrow.......

Oh and I just printed our boarding passes- which you can't do until atleast within 24hrs till you fly so OMG that means it will be soon! (tomorrow night) ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Well we leave TOMORROW- so it's either her nails tonight or not at all. I suppose I COULD be persuaded to do it on one of our "hotel days" this next week (I plan on doing DL every other day/hotel every other day to take it kinda easy plus only pay for 3 days tickets LOL) but it will take some major kissing up- let me tell you LOL

Bip - you can make a day of DT Disney. It's a cool place. Lots of entertainment. I can't wait to go and see what is happening there this time. Also, walk around the DL Hotel.

Oh BIP, I do think we are going to have to keep Alana and Ruby on oppisite ends of the ship! THEY MAY NOT MEET!!!! They are far too much alike! 14yo, ADHD, immature, the lies to try to stay out of trouble! The list could go on! I think you and I will have to sit down and have a few DOTD's together! We MUST chat!

I'm telling ya! These kids....... what can ya say? And here I thought things got BETTER as they got older (you know- cause they can dress themselves, feed themselves, etc.) but oh no- it really just gets harder. LOL

she may have lied completely from the beginning. That's the thing-I can't trust her or believe her! (because about a month ago she begged to just "stay at the church" with some girls and play ball/etc. but when I asked if there would be a supervisor/someone there- she said she didn't know and all that. So I said no. Then she started asking about going to this girl Jennifer's house and I said to get her number and I'd talk to her mom- she kept forgetting her number- then said she'd call me after church today to let me talk to her mom- but instead just tells Jeff that I said it was okay blah blah blah and then ends up just staying at the church to play ball and stuff? I mean pretty big coincidence don't you think? The whole thing could be a big elaborate lie just to stay at the church and play like she'd asked originally.Who knows with this kid!)

And now you people (LOL) can see why I'm not thrilled with the idea of her just "hanging" without supervision on the cruise- do you see now? huh? do ya? LOL
I may end up spending hours (and probably more than once) trying to find her because she won't be where she says she'll be at what time she says she'll be there.

ok i have another question... on the list with the ship are the names of the people for the FE in GREEN.. what are the names in BLUE for? And how many familes are there for the FE.. I counted approx 135...

I just bought insurance 2 days ago do you are not alone in the late minute insurance boat.

We just got the suitcases out of the attic. They weigh 21 pounds EMPTY!!! Guess the smaller suitcases will get the heavier stuff.

Thanks- I think I will.. i mean we'll have Wed and Friday just to lounge around at the hotel. Depending on HOW MUCH (or how little) they enjoy the pool/etc. at Hojo's we may take in DTD and such.

If there is anyone who doesn't have trip insurance, please get it.

My step mother and her daughter called yesterday morning to tell us my father died. I asked when they were planning to have the funeral and they said Friday. I got a call later saying the family has decided to have the funeral on SUNDAY instead.

So I had to cancel. I'll get a refund. DCL refunded half yesterday and I have to turn in calm forms to the insurance company for the balance.

Since I didn't book airfare with DCL, I may be out of that expense.

Is there anyone here who hasn't purchased DL park passes yet? I have two of the three day Southern California passes. If someone needs them, they are yours (no charge). They expire on the 30. If I don't give them way, they will be wasted.

If anyone is interested, PM me and I'll overnight them before we head to South Carolina on Tuesday.

If no one here needs them, I'll try to give them away on DL board when I return.

Sorry to be a downer in the mist of all the excitement.

ohmy- those are some heavy suitcases!
Our checked luggage is on the smaller side I think. Sometimes I have to look hard to tell the difference between the luggage we're checking and the carryon on luggage! We're using our disney luggage... and I think the large suitcase is only slightly bigger than the carryon. yanno? LOL I weighed ours- jam packed the checked luggage is right at 40lbs.

That sounds like a great plan. I see that you are from Westchester area. Our flight is on Delta at 8am on Tuesday from Westchester Airport. I have never been there. Do you know how long it should take me to get there from the Tappen Zee bridge? (It takes 45 minutes for me to get to the bridge from my house in North Jersey.)

I used to live in Bergen County... if you are leaving on a week day.. STRONGLY considder driving up the night before and staying over... the traffic through there can be a NIGHTMARE!!! & the TZ bridge alone is tough...

Got cash on Friday. Lots of 1's and other smaller bills for the ports.

Maybe the Sams Club or Walmart in PV will carry that. I plan on getting water in PV..I thought aobut carring a case on the ship.. but we dont get to our rooms sometimes for 1-2 hrs after boarding. Does anyone have a good way to pack wine, I have 2 large bottles of RED CAT.. the should be enough for 2 weeks.lol.. many times my bottles get broken however!

Um, there's a Sam's Club in Cabo. I think its on the outskirts so you'll have to definitely take a taxi. In PV its right across the street. As well as a Wal-Mart.
