QUICK....

In Cartegenia... does anyone wanna join my group?

I've had some cancellatons from my party...

... and the group size is too small for the larger BUS reserved for us and too big for a VAN. So I sort of need one or two families to join us. I can take up to 6 or 7 people I think.

We're doing the longest possible tour with Mr Emerald. It's 4 hours long and hits everything he offers. You should be able to climb a few steps to gain access to several of the places to be visited.

Anyone interested PM me ASAP!​

As some of you are leaving home and heading to LA, I thought that I'd take this last opportunity to wish you all a fantastic time aboard the Magic on your wonderful cruise.

If events hadn't changed we would have been flying from London Heathrow to LA tomorrow and looking forward to meeting everyone on Sunday (or knowing the disers, before!).

To the people we have met previously - Steph and family, Cheryl and John, Peter, Johanna and family, Jack and family, and others we met last August in WDW we will hopefully see some of you when you disembark on Sunday 1st of September - we plan on getting to the port around 8:00am.
To others (especially Andrew, who only lives about 160 miles away), if possible, say "Hello" to me and my family at the port as well.

My son Alex, phoned Jack's daughter and Steph's daughter this evening to wish them a great sailing but there was no answer from either - he's hoping to see them at Port Canaveral.

Have a great time and a safe voyage and remember to look after the Magic as some of us have to go on after you for the 5 Night sailing.

I wonder why. I had gotten the spray on sunscreen from Disney online and got it sent. Maybe the one I got isn't aerosol??

come to think of it...I bought Pirates of the Carib. continuous spray sunscreen from Disney online and they shipped it no problem. Maybe its only a UPS thing, I don't remember who ships Disney online stuff.

I told dh they did to add stresss to my life this week!!!! LOL!!!

Well, I just checked in to the airport hotel -- La Quinta Inn, Elk Grove Village, IL.

Will catch the 6:00 a.m. shuttle tomorrow morning and take off at 9:00 a.m. for sunny California. Check in to Grand Californian tomorrow afternoon and anticipate the cruise!

I decided *no gloves*. My hands sweat sooo much with OUT gloves! I can't imagine how they would feel with gloves! LOL!

One down...iit still has a DCL tag on it.

A coupl eo fours had DCL tags on them, also! LOL!

I always wear a hat. Wide brim. Jon and the kids make fun of me BUT, they can always find me!

I'm hoping that we don't need any imodium but, I'm bringing it just in case! LOL!

Oppps, I forgot we usually borrow luggage. The problem for us is that everytime we buy luggage, DH's brother or his friends 'borrow' them when they go home (to Egypt) and they never quite make it back.(They usually bring one pice of luggage to the U.S. but take 2 or 3 when they go home filled with gifts)

I still remember the first time I went to Egypt with DH. His poor mom had 6 or 7 pieces of luggage shoved under beds! We brought so many home stuffed inside each other.

That's funny!!!

OMG!! DD 9 was reading over my shoulder and asked what DH meant. When I told her dear or darling husband she said," I thought it meant DUMB husband!"

My doctor gave me some lomotil just in case. I'm hoping it's like having an umbrella so that it doesn't rain. I'm hoping that I won't need it in Mexico, South America, anywhere!

... I might be getting another camcorder for the cruise. I got a call from my BIL on maui - he's sailing with us - and he was aking all these Qs on this camcorder from Costco... so I kept telling him about my simplistic and inexpensive approach... with the clearnace camera - 3rd party batteries and ebay discs... then we hung up....

... the next day (yesterday) I was at Costco and saw the camcorders I thought he was talking about .... and started thinking.... GEEE.... these are a little bit more but they're High Def... and it seems the cost of storage is LOWER and the cost is less than i thought he mentioned. In truth... on reviewing this last nite with him - the models in Maui are like $1000 while I found a comparable model is only $599 after in store rebate of $200! So I am possibly on the cusp of enbaying my DVC-108 with the 40 discs, 2 batteries and charger!
