We.I think this will be my last post for the thread prior to the cruise...I never got to sleep early as i was hoping..kept remembering last minute things...now just realized I had dirty dishes in the dishwasher so running a 1/2 load of dishes.

I am completely exhausted! I had a blast this week with everyone and am looking forward to seeing everyone on the ship.

Since tomorrow morning will be crazy busy..I don't know if I will get back on the thread. Gotta send the kitties off to the hotel and pick up my Mom and Sis and head over to the port.

All my family is in bed too, up in 2 1/2 hours!
It has been so dang hot here! It's still 74 degrees outside and well over 80 in my house! Give me my air conditioned stateroom NOW!!!!!

All right guys - and Mike! Magical Pins

It is now 12:20 and I have just got done ordering April's schoolbooks and now I can go and finish packing. Arlene - got you taken care of - got you something will let you know later.

I have things ready and just have to pare down. Have to pack my FE suitcase - folks - those things have one suitcase by itself. Furr kids are gone -house is empty, older kids are who knows where. Car has been taken to storage - don't rightly trust Andrew as he's been salivating to get my new baby alone so that had to be put away. Boy is he going to be mad. Ate a late dinner, was going to pack and DH wanted WHITE hankies. so I did a sanitary wash and that took 2 hrs.

Anyway, will pare down, oh yeah - managed to get our pick up time from 12:30 to 11:30 just in case what happened to AndyR would happen to us - because Murphy's law believes in hitting me ANY WHERE, ANY TIME & ANY HOW. So, less time that I had originally planned. Oh yeah, got to get someone to mail off my soldier's boxes. Oh - hope MIL can do it.

OK folks, got to get off - saw Phelps make history tonight and have to admit got a bit teary-eyed. But it was raw, emotional suspense. (Although I peeked so it wasn't supposed to be so raw!)

Just finished packing.We leave for the atrport at 3:40. we also had to add a
bag. Ugh didn't want to have to have to do that. May have to ship some stuff home in between cruises. See everyone tomorrow.

Well Folks, its 4 am - I did something VERY VERY VERY STUPID! I misplaced the docs for this cruise and have spent the last 2 1/2 hrs looking for it. I was nearly in tears as I distincly remember telling myself, put them in here so you don't lose them. So, after cleaning up a bit earlier today, my house downstairs looks like Hurrican Katrina.....should I say, Huricane Laura hit.

DH finally found them in a stack of clothes and I can now attempt to go to bed. I have to run to Best Buy as the stereo base I bought for my ipod was not intended for my generation ipod. It works but what's the purpose if I can't nestle it in the base? So, in addition to being extremely tired, I now have another thing to do. Good thing is - after I go to bed, I can catch a couple hours sleep and then wake up, take a shower, dress and run to Best Buy. Lord, I never make anythins easy on myself do I?

Ok folks, - off to catch a couple of winks. Good luck and see everyone later.

OK....I'm done for the night! I need a few hours of sleep...or attempted sleep anyway! Crash...I totally understand your "packing heavy" comment! I really don't know how those who flew here, did it! We have 13 bags, for the 5 of us....plus 1 more I'm sure in the morning, when I figure out what I missed!

I didn't get to a few things...but thats ok. All is well with the world!

I just awakened....

I don't know if we'll make it through the AIRPORTS in Orlando / WDC to get home! Everyone else HAD to fly here... I think the big surprise is gonna be on US!

Alicia JUST went to sleep. (sigh) So I get to LOAD our car... and I'm doing ONE last little thing too before we go. DRAT .... I really have no place to pack that BOBBLE HEAD SWIMSUIT doll I had made for her. The thing is so DANG FRAGILE! What am I to do? As much as they cost I'll jyst leave them at home I guess. And I SO wanted to share and show off how OFF THE WALL I was with everyone I met by sharing my little creation IN PERSON.

Oh well... everyone is just gonna have to accept that I AM quirky INNOCENT without my little bobble head swimsuit doll of my wife!

75%?!? And I thought I was a NUT fer waitin' til now to finish MY packing... and to be posting too. But my final project is to make the other half of my FE gift labels. I'm gonna have COSTCO print them up - unless they TAG me fer my TAGS as infinging on copywright issues again.

Awww Laura,

I'm so sorry to hear ya had any "turblance" to your precruise jitters. Stuff like this makes for a restless bit of an evening before we sail. I hope ya got some good shut eye in the end though. You'll not see this til after yaget back most likely - but I hope my good will thoughts make it over your way along with some pixie dust for your dreams!

Kids were up at o'dark thirty (darn east coast time - lol) so we went out for a walk and about 5:30 am guess what was sailing by!!!

Yes, our fabulous home on the water, all lit up!!!!

You can just cut the excitement here with a knife!

Went to lobby restaurant for breakfast and the color of the day seems to be BLACK!!!

Lots of t-s**** running around.

My DW was explaining to a family from Virginia who is on the cruise that all these other people belong to a cult, hence the t-****. I did hear the word insane being bantered about.....lol

So soon!!!! I just can't wait!!!!
