Um you're describing me- does this cently (tetanus booster/etc.) and then shortly afterwards youngest DD had to have a well visit. Oh she asked did she have to get shots too- and ofcourse I said OFCOURSE NOT.......
andmean I'm a control freak?

And why didn't someone tell me what a pain these ipod shuffles are? geesh. I thought I was putting songs on the thing all night long (practically) and turns out nope- gotta download itunes and junk and put it on that way. what a pain in the patootie. Ohwell- atleast it's done now so my ST can get off my back about it. LOL
I wonder- do these things only charge on PC's or will it still charge up the battery by plugging it into the laptop while on the trip? curious minds wanna know!

I hope your flight was uneventful and that your stay in California is fun! We can begin counting the number of days until we leave on ONE HAND!!! We'll be at HOJO's on Tuesday!

Checked with DD, she said that she wasn't sure about the shuffle. Her Nano can be charged on her iBook. She suggested you check on the apple.com help pages. If it can't, we'll have the separate charger with us (we each have an iPod and don't go anywhere without the charger) and you can charge it in our room.

If you think the shuffle is a pain, you should see my new iPod touch. It's going to take me a week to figure it out.

My shuffle can be charged on either my desktop or my laptop. However you have to have iTunes downloaded on both and the liscenses for the songs has to be approved for both computers. Don't ask me how, I barely got through it.

Still hate the shuffle downloads. It erases things all the time

To all bus pirates - thank you all for sending your payments so

promptly. Everyone is paid in full. Coach Skyline buses will be arriving in

Anaheim at 8:30 am and will pick up everyone at their hotels. And Yes -

there will be a stop to pick up "supplies"!! However, they don't allow food

and drinks on the bus - so no Breakfast Burritos/etc please.

I couldn't bring myself to buy the olympus waterproof camera. The reviews were too sketchy and I'm committed to the SD cards Plus, we don't do much underwater activity as I'm a scaredy cat, but we're doing one snorkel trip.

We too looked at a bunch of DIGITAL waterproof cameras and compared the photos that we saw from those cameras with photos from the disposables that we took last time... The disposables were much better than most of the digital ones. We have decided to stick with disposables too.

I LOVE my SW. I just lent it to my bil for a trip this weekend. I could have a brand new one for the TOAL depending on what he does to this one!! I honestly hate lending out my toys...but DH says he will replace it if something happens to it... .

Latest cruise nightmare:

The first sea day ended up being a port day because we never left. And we weren't even on the ship. We had cabins out in the woods.

Spent the day shopping for all the stuff I forgot, but I don't know how I knew I forgot it because I hadn't unpacked!

Came back to the area where all the cabins were and there was a picnic table full of various cakes.

There was some comotion going on, went to check it out and Todd's family had just arrived, a day late. And Melissa was 7 months pregnant??? ((SORRY Todd and Melissa I have no idea where that came from. ))

My parents were on the trip (although they cancelled a long time ago) and all my dad did was sit around complaining about everything.

Finally realized it was 5:30, almost time for dinner, and since this was the first "sea" day, it was formal night. I needed my dress, but it was still packed in the trunk of the car.

As I was walking to the car I realized I missed the Kids Meet that I was supposed to be in charge of that morning.


Can't wait for next week....these dreams are killing me!

So it was a good dream then?

Ok - it's now becoming real...

Just notified the credit card companies that I'll be traveling....

That's on my list of things to do tomorrow.

oh do not dismay....The Chipwich...aka Tollhouse Ice Cream Sandwich is back again and Transfat free now! Woohoo.......It was gone for about 6 months while Nestle "fixed" it and tastes better then ever!

Now if you are a Nestle crunch ice cream bar lover...rumor has it...IT has now been pulled until they "fix" that one to be transfat free

Mickey Bars!!!!! How many grams of fat in a Mickey Bar now? The Dole Whip can't be too bad in the fat grams, can it? I can't wait to have both of these treats!
