Just went to check something on DCL site and getting this message:

Guess dining, Palo private room, etc. are getting linked

Andrew, you talking about Marseilles day again reminds me what a spectacular cruise that Med trip was last year . . . as you know, I am hoping we head back somewhere in Europe for 2010.

Just a reminder of something we do...

I have already made out the postcard address "list" (mailing labels) with addresses and purchased my postcard stamps. makes it easier to drop them off at the front desk on our way out to a day of fun (This is for those staying at DL or WDW)

It also helps with remembering who we have already sent postcards to. Once their address is gone..we know we sent it!

I know it doesn't work for on the ship but atleast it's a start for the resort!

Great idea! Also, make address labels for yourself to put on your bags on the last night.

I'm sure it has been mentioned before but don't forget on PC day you can buy postcards and have them mailed with a PC stamp. You had to have them to GS early, I want to say noon time but maybe someone else will remember exactly. I had postcards mailed to each of the DSs for their scrapbooks.

Even though I basically have everything ready at this point, I do feel there are still alot of loose ends to tie up before Saturday. We will be at the beach (Hyatt Huntingdon Beach) until Tuesday, and then are likely to run into you at some point at the DLH or the parks . . .

Every 49 mins, thats 9 times in my sleep!!! Taking away the time I am work, thats 18 times in my sleep, now I know the cause of thoose headaches!

Well, I'm getting rather excited as well as the rest of you.

This morning I took a box to UPS and shipped it to the Grand Californian at DL. It will arrive by the end of the day August 11th and I check in August 13th, so it should be waiting for me. The box is filled with some of my clothes as well as Mass supplies (chalice, ciboria, hosts.)

I emailed the pastor at St. Boniface (parish nearest DL) and he is going to supply the altar wine for us for the cruise. One of the office staff or a volunteer is going to deliver it to the Grand Californian after 3:00 p.m. on the 13th, so we will be set for supplies!

Now, all I have to do is try to wait for next Wednesday to arrive.

Although, today, my mind is definitely fixed on things here present. A storm from hell raged through the Chicago area and Northwest Indiana and there is lots of damage here . . . downed lines, et cetera.

I am mailing my box tomorrow. I heard about storms........seems area I used to live at or very nearby was hit hard. Anyone heard from Cheryl?

I just got an email from my friend who is visiting China. Her daughter is in the one of the High School bands that will be performing in the Olympic opening ceremonies. They got to 'play' (perform) in Tiananmen Square the other day. She said that this is a great experience but can't wait to come home.

Since most of you won't see our cabin door, we are way forward on Deck 5 so not a lot of foot traffic, I wanted to share two door magnets my friend made for us and for my DS birthday.
