Woohoo! Flying really isn't that bad - it's the only mode of transportation that I can actually sleep on (except for the ship that is!).

We have been really busy here.. only a few more days until we leave.Most things are packed.. and I agree about the panic mode. My sister is here now so we are "BONDING", so we can get used to each other again..lol

What are some families most concerns?

Is there anyone going with older children (19-24) staying at Howard Johnsons?

my big concern is that both DD's, but mostly DD14 will actually behave civil to each other and to DH and I. I've already warned them if they don't change their attitudes and behaviours, they will become VERY familar with our cabin. I'm quite sure they don't think I'm serious.

Is she looking forward to the movie in December
Hope she brings the t-s*** on the TOAL, I'm a fan too

The movie can't come fast enough for her! I'm sure she'll be bringing her shirt!

hi everyone.
monkey wrench in my plans. went for a normal prenatal visit today...and found out there was no heartbeat. sooo....lucky me gets to go to hospital tomorrow for a lovely procedure...and we leave on sunday.
sorry to be a downer...jsut needed to get it out there...cuz i'm kinda loosin it here. please pray that it all works out. thanks.

QUick question....

How early do you think we can begin boarding the ship?

In all of our past sailings we've never been among the EARLY ones toget aboard... however, this time we will be trying to get on earlier. Anyone have an opinion on this?

Hey, you aren't alone, we also eat tuna with just mayo!! I very rarely eat it out, cause well they put stuff in it..and I don't like "stuff"!

Tuna should NOT be crunchy...

Good news! DD14 does not have MRSA, but one of the bumps does have a staph infection. The antibiotics she's on should clear it up.

Any of our Pirates have a Kindle? Part of the "fluff" last night was discussion of my successful eBay auction when I won a Kindle. I so love to read and thought it would make life (and weight) easier if I put all the books I want to read on this device. I only know of 2 people who have one - and they're happy w/it.


Man - my mind is mush - as I was ketching-up I made a mental note to resond to a post - have no clue now what it was. Okay - I obviously don't do well w/late nights. Ahhh - I will neve come close to keeping up w/Cheryl!!

DH is grouchy - having problems getting DD Lori & my costume finished.

Next week at this time we will be at DD's home in L.A. - and repacking for the TOAL. I am sooooooooo Ready!! Oh - not ready as in list all checked off and all - but ready as in I want to be on the Magic NOW!!

Only difference with this picture from next sundays' is Alicia will not be looking like shes' expecting a child as she was here... and we'll have two muchkins with us rateer than one smaller one as is depicted here...​

Got some things accomplished today.

DS's baldric finally came, now I just need to distress it a bit. Thing is, I don't know how to distress leather.
Completed re-working my Tia Dalma necklaces.

Got the last of DS's school supplies/clothes - bonus, the pants were on clearance for $7 each.

Hmm...that doesn't seem like much, but it feels like I got a bunch done.

What did your DD think of it ?

17dd liked it but, wasn't thrilled with it. She said it was very different and not what she expected. I think she liked the other books better.

I absolutely HATE tuna fish with all sorts of junk thrown in with it. And yes, like you, I mean that "crunchy stuff." A little mayo with salt and pepper to taste is it for me.

Now, you -can- put tomato on the sandwich if you wish, just don't mix stuff into the tuna! Hmmm. I think I'm going to head to the kitchen...
