We sent a couple from Australia on our honeymoon... Like 1 to everyone in our families and each of our dogs... My parents (dogsitters) got a kick out of that! But usually we don't send postcards. Normally we're back before they get to their destination anyway!

My CC postcard took 7 weeks after we got home!!!!

I bought shout wipes and tide pens today. I would rather not need them but don't want to be caught without them.

Do they work? Another thing I need to get that should be on my list. lists ? I didn't have time to make any lists.

Congrats on 500 posts! This thread has really boosted a lot of people's post counts. I had maybe 300 posts in the few years I had been registered on the DIS before this thread.

It was a pirate map with the itinerary on it. Do any of you know where I might locate this? Can I use it as a door magnet?

Same here Lorri. I find it hard to concentrate on anything these days. I hope I didn't build this Toal so up that I feel kinda let down afterwards. Yanno what I mean?

I'm going to try very hard and just take this trip one day at a time and just go along for the ride. Once we leave Kingston everything is pretty much out of my hands and there is only so much that I can do. I've been trying to focus on the fact that I will get to finally meet old friends for the first time and enjoy spending some time together.

I got to say- I do 95% of everything to get ready for this trip and my DH sighs when I ask him to finish the labels for the FE gifts.
I am about to go into my "Do you have any idea what I have done to get ready for this cruise?" He loves that particular speech.

Every day the last two weeks DH has come home and asked the kids...have you packed for the cruise yet. Yeah right!

Is it the Tide stick ? I haven't tried any yet. Do they work? It is a man thing. Sorry guys. Can't they just go a couple of hours without any mis-haps?

I think it's the Shout stick - I figure if I at least treat the stain before it sets I'll be okay when I finally get around to actually doing the laundry. I'll also bring a Tide pen JIC something should happen and he still needs to wear the shirt for a while (Formal night, etc.).
